To get this achievement, you have to start the mission called Mike Lips Last Lunch, after that simply go and get his car, this is where the achievement begins, you have to go to 8-Ball without doing any damage to the car after rigging the car with a bomb, go back to the first place you picked up his car while still not doing any damage to the car and park it. After that, the achievement is yours.

For this achievement, you have to start the mission called Farewell ‘Chunky’ Lee Chong, steal his parked car and again go to 8-Ball to rig his car with a bomb after that just park his car to the last location it was in, and try to lead him into his own car and it should blow up as soon as he enters his car and you should get the achievement, if you can’t lead him into his car, watch this video, it should be helpful:

This achievement is actually missable.
For this achievement, you have to complete the mission called Triads and Tribulations and you must keep your two mafia members alive which may seem hard but it’s actually fairly easy-ish, now for the first Triad group you should run them over with a vehicle to kill them, for the second group of Triads you should kill them with an AK far away so they don’t get to cocky, and for the last Triad group which are inside of a factory but the gate is closed so you should get on a high ground like this and shoot them with an AK.

For this achievement, you have to complete the mission called Turismo in under 2 minutes, to start the mission go to this location and there should be a phone ringing and interact with it to start the mission.

Now I would really advise to people to do this achievement before finishing the Last Requests mission because after you complete that mission it’s going to be nearly impossible to get this achievement because the mafia will become extremely hostile, just letting you people know.

Story Missions – 48 Missions
But be careful because some of these missions are actually missable, for example In Portland, make sure to complete all of Joey’s and Luigi’s missions before you complete Salvatore’s missions. In Staunton Island, make sure to complete all of Kenji’s and Asuka’s missions before you complete Donald Love’s missions because if you actually miss those missions it will lock the missions so it will prevent you from 100% the game. For Portland, Once you complete the mission called Last Requests, it will be locked forever and for Staunton Island, once you complete the mission called Waka-Gashira Wipeout, it will be locked forever, so you have to restart the game (If you missed some missions). I would firmly advise to watch the video below step-by-step to not miss any missions.

Phone missions – Complete 17 Payphone missions

I would also like to mention to complete the Payphone missions as soon as you unlock them for Portland, because once you complete Last Requests in Portland, it won’t be locked but it will be a huge nightmare to complete them all. For any other island, you can complete them as the story progress further on, as seen on the video above the Phone Missions section.

Vehicle Side Missions – Vigilante
Kill 60 Criminals in Vigilante missions – 20 on each island
Achievement Unlocked: Going Rogue
Although, It is advised to do this achievement when you are very early in Portland and Staunton Island and you also have to kill 15 criminals in a row without failing to get the achievement.

Tip: For some specific areas of the map, the rampages may become “hard” so before starting the Rampage, get yourself a wanted level first after that the enemies won’t be so hostile but once you shoot them, they will try to shoot you too so be careful.

To unlock this achievement, you first have to get yourself a wanted level and after that go pick up police bribes, 20 times. By the way, manually saving the game will respawn the police bribes so if it does take a while to respawn just save your game and it ought to respawn.

To unlock this achievement, you have to at least kill 1 gang member with every weapon available in the game, now you are getting this achievement no matter what you do, because when you get all the 100 Hidden Packages in the game all the weapons will be available to pick up from the safehouse so you don’t even have to worry.

This achievement has to be one of the toughest in the game, but other than that pretty good explained, but to get this achievement, I would strongly advise to get a tank and start a mayhem and just blow up cars, the firefighter method unfortunately has been patched.

You will unlock this achievement, if you are going for the 100% so it will take you some time other than that if you are going for Cheaters Do Prosper! you can also unlock this achievement, but it’s possible to do it either way.
