Welcome to the Glass Heart: Retold Walkthrough! This guide will provide a general walkthrough for each route in the game, helping you achieve all possible endings. Let’s get started!
Prologue
So, the way that Glass Heart:Retold’s prologue works is that there will be individual choices that affect each LI, and then later on there are specific choices that direct you immediately to an LIs route (or a common route end). I will note these clearly as the guide progresses.
Originally I was going to number the choices, but I decided that the various branches make that too confusing, so I’ll try to keep it as cut and dry as possible.
Thanks for reading!
PROLOGUE
***NOTE: Once you have played through Will Grant’s bad ending, Brayson’s route will unlock, at which time a choice will pop up upon clicking New Game on the Title Screen:
Start Game From The Beginning(will boot up from the prologue) or Continue The Story(which will immediately put you into Bray’s route).***
There are two different ‘common route bad ends’ that you can get in Glass Heart: Retold.
No Ambition is given if you refuse to join Nathan’s Bucket List or help Eli write his song, and Hope Lost is given if you decline Will’s offer and then Jay’s.
Most decisions give you 3 choices, but only one of them is the “correct” choice. The others appear to not affect the love meter.
I tried it out just now, and regardless of your “Love” with an LI, as long as you choose the options that lead you to a specific route, you will end up there.
ie. I had zero love with Jay but could unlock his route simply by giving the correct answer.
That should cover the basics of the prologue. Onto Will’s route!
