In Diphenhydramine get to later waves like 8 then collect 7/8 pages. At wave 9 Schizojak will hunt you down and instakill you. After collecting the 7th page, a bunch of tougher babies will spawn. They’ll be visible with markers on your map in a spiral shape. Click on them to manually target them with your weapons and enter the portal they’re guarding to unlock this achievement. This will unlock level Ϫ.
