Looking to create a role-play character in “Fallout: New Vegas” based on Johan Liebert from the “Monster” manga? Look no further! This guide will show you how to build a character that embodies Liebert’s traits and abilities. Let’s dive in and explore the world of New Vegas with this unique Johan Liebert build.
Stats (TOO MUCH SPOILERS)
Strength: 3
-He definitely doesn’t know how to fight (of course, in game you can kill everyone with your bare hands, melee in FNV is just really broken)
Perception: 6
– I think the number should be more than 6, you just have to remember the moment where Johan knew when Tenma was targeting him through the rifle or how he left the hotel without leaving any traces or evidence. But in the game this skill is questionable, energy weapons and explosions are hardly what we need, unless a bonus to accuracy would be very useful
Endurance: 3
– It is worth understanding that Kinderheim 511 never raised any super-soldiers in terms of physical activity. Johan most likely has normal health like all people without bad habits. For the sake of a good build, endurance has been reduced
Charisma: 8
– Well, even this will not help scare the scripted punitive squads of the NCR or the Legion. Raiders won’t be afraid of you either
Intelligence: 8
– Probably Johan is the same chess bot that sees your moves several thousand steps ahead
Agility: 4
– Bro, you are not a cowboy who has mastered the skill of fast draw to perfection. You’re just an incredibly smart sociopath (in-game ofc.)
Luck: 8
– For a man who survived being shot in the head twice, that’s a pretty fair number (I’d like to throw another 20 points here, but I can’t.)
Perks
Good natured: He is always polite. He’s so polite that it seems like there’s something wrong with him
Built to destroy: We need more damage. Also the name of perk suits him
Finnese: grant us crits
Better Criticals: extra crits hell yeahh
Lord death: wherever Johan was, people died. It is advisable to kill everyone in stealth. You are nobody and you have no name, appearance, an absolute monster.
Thought You Died: Everyone who knew you thought you were dead or were already dead themselves. Nice
Clothes ‘n Guns
Mostly all “Pre-war” outfits
Johan dresses in old-money style. Considering that he is light blond, he dresses according to his color palette, wears mostly light and business clothes
PRETTY NICE – Pre-War businesswear
MID BUT OK – Well-heeled gambler suit
HELLL YEEEEEEAHHH – President Kimball’s suit
I DON’T KNOW
Of course you can crossdress (in-game) if you had some mods, but I wouldn’t
Use revolvers and handguns, especially with silencer. Strengh 3 will be enough to handle ratslayer or varmint rifle. Unfortunately FNV is not Mount and Blade so you can’t hire and lead people to fight for you
Factions
Lol. Just kill anyone who will be on your way but pretend like you are allie
Our saviors – Yes Man/Doc Mitchell
I think Yes Man would have been left out of Johan’s attention simply because he is an AI and not a human.
Doc Mitchell is the man who saved the courier. You can compare the doctor with Tenma, then Johan would have to eliminate everyone that Tenma personally knew. You can clear out all of Goodsprings without being noticed.
Strip.
White gloves It’s just a group of “aristocrats” who eat people. Nothing interesting, especially since I don’t think that they will give any strong benefit to Johan. Unlike them, Gommora and the other families have much more influence on the Strip and much more money, power
NCR
NCR is highly corrupted from within and perhaps to achieve a high position you need to have really good connections. The NCR seems to be very unserious from the point of view of the faction, they have constant problems and poor organization.
Caesars Legion
This is a strong faction with a well-structured ideology. But it seems to me that Johan must show himself by strength or somehow take Caesar’s place with his intellect
Boomers
No commentary
Powders
They do not have one leader. Most likely, the hierarchy is built on authority: whoever is stronger or smarter rules. But they’re just a bunch of thugs, so they can be crushed by anyone higher up on this list.
Great Khans
If this were Rimworld, then you could create your own huge business in chemistry. But this is not Rimworld, and certainly not a simulator of the supply of prohibited substances. So f ’em
Brotherhood of Steel
I don’t think Johan will play stupid fraternity games like come and get us this or that. A faction that has huddled somewhere in the ground and cannot do anything alone is ridiculous. Although it would be cool to recreate a new brotherhood, maybe with some mods this can be done
All the people Johan saw were later killed, unless these people saved Johan. Although General Wolfe survived, everyone he knew died. The same fate awaited Tenma. Therefore, I think companions are unnecessary unless it is ED-E or a dog. Although I don’t know what specific views Johan holds, maybe he doesn’t like robots and dogs either
