“Are you a fan of the popular game HOTLINE MIAMI? Want to bring that intense gameplay to the post-apocalyptic world of Fallout: New Vegas? Look no further! In this guide, we’ll show you how to create a powerful Melee-Crit build inspired by the character Biker. Get ready to dominate the wasteland with this “BIKER” build!”
CHAPTER 1: WHY, GOD? WHY WON’T YOU ANSWER ME?
That just won’t do.
So, I was inspired to make a build for Biker because… brainrot, I suppose. And also because it wasn’t just plausible, it was possible. So, yeah.
SO LET’S GET ON WITH IT.
CHAPTER 2: MAKING THE MASK
Next you will want to make the guy.
For this use these settings!
MALE
CAUCASIAN
PRESET: 1 or 9, up to personal choice.
AGE SLIDER: manually set it all the way to the left, so it affects the character.
HAIR
STYLE: Blast back. Looks the most like him.
COLOR: Custom, Cyan blue. How to?
R: 0 G: 255 B:255
FACIAL HAIR: Chin dusting. Mostly so the eyebrows match the hair color.
(also he can canonically grow facial hair. just because he isn’t shown with any in the first game doesn’t mean this is inaccurate.)
That’s it for making him look like Biker, but how about playing like Biker?
CHAPTER 3: I AM BECOME BIKER, DESTROYER OF JACKETS.
S: 8 It’s a Melee build. Also, canonically, bro is killing people in one swing. He has to be a little jacked.
P: 4 He wears a Bike helmet half the time. You can’t tell me that his peripheral vision wouldn’t suffer in that thing.
E: 3 The dude dies in one hit in-game, but I’m willing to say that’s for realism. Also he survived Jacket so, uh. meh.
C: 1 Let’s be honest, bro gets motion but he is NOT smooth. At all. (also it’s a dump stat.)
I: 7 Biker is actually, canonically, very tech-savvy. You could say he’s a HACKER, eh? eh? eh?
A: 8 Bro blitzed down dudes for sport. With a Cleaver.
L: 9 This is a Crit build, after all.
TAGGED SKILLS
-Barter
Gotta get Throwing Knives somehow, man.
-Melee Weapons
It’s a melee build, George. You’re gonna need to get melee!
-Either Speech or Science
Look, I know Science might be a better choice, but Speech is just too good in this game to pass up.
TRAITS
-Built To Destroy
It’s a crit build. Also cleavers weigh like two pounds, so repairs aren’t inventory-destroying. Or, if you don’t want to carry 20 cleavers on you at all times, level repair. Or just hit up Major Knight, that beautiful lad.
-Wild Wasteland
I know exactly what you’re going to say. But Counter-Point. Hotline Miami is so objectively strange that it makes sense. Also ♥♥♥♥ you.
I will allow you to do the “Skilled” trait glitch if you really want to.
But just know, that it makes you a ♥♥♥♥♥.
You will lose the respect I have for you. And I will know if you do it.
CHAPTER 4: DEAD MEAT
ALLOWED WEAPON(S)
-Cleaver
Obvious reasons. It’s his main weapon!
-Chopper
haha one piece It’s just a unique cleaver. Obviously it’s allowed!
-Throwing Knives
Kind of a hassle to get, but just coax Alexander at the 188 to let you into his pants secret stash, and you get 15 each restock! Supposedly! I haven’t tested it! I’m just looking at the WIKIIIIII~~~
-That’s it dawg.
oh ♥♥♥♥ that’s it.
ARMOR?
-Jessup’s Bandana
Gotta have that headband drip.
-Merc Grunt Outfit
There is no pink vest. ;-; It’s close, though.
-Metal Helmet, maybe
it’s something.
You might be wondering, Mister gum, why isn’t the motorcycle helmet in the armor section?
That, my sweet naive boy/girl/femboy/other, is because it looks stupid. And I’m tired of seeing it.
CHAPTER 5: HAVE I EVER TOLD YOU…
Companions?
What about those things?
No companions. It’s just not how Biker rolls.
As for your preferred skill allocation or perks…
I DO NOT GIVE A ♥♥♥♥.
I’m not gonna hold your hand, you’re an adult now. You got this!
You are your own person, have a little self-respect!
All I recommend is Piercing Strike and Super Slam.
That’s it.
Have fun, gamers!
CHAPTER 6: …THE DEFINITION OF INSANITY?
yippee!
I may or may not update this as needed. You know, if i ever get good at making guides.
Make sure to uh… You don’t have to do the liking, favorite-ing, or awarding, but you can, i guess.
All I really ask is that you try this yourself and build it however you like!
Also, give me feedback! I would love to know if I got something wrong, or if there’s a different combination of faces to get closer, or if the stats should be tweaked.
Anyways, imma keep it silly up in this ♥♥♥♥♥.
See ya next time, gamers!
