Suzy(#1) can be found inside Stucky Style. Tonya(#2) is literally next to Chad Crabsman near the pool. Only Josie(#3) who is on the far end of the pool will show no interest in Mr. Gigachad Crabbs.

This one is slightly tricky because Sam(#2) doesn’t really mention Galaxy Brawl when spoken to but Octavius(#3) will clearly state on what he thinks about it.

Sorry I have no idea why. #3 is clearly an Octopus so he’s out but not sure what makes #2 the answer. I’ll provide additional info once I figure it out.
