Complete the second chapter.
-
Chapter III
Complete chapter III. To do this you can’t go into the void (Glowing eye), nor the nightmare chapter (Air Vent). You need to do the good or bad ending by going up the stairs and heading towards the front door, where the police waits on the other side. On most difficulties, to get the good ending you need to beat the game without dying and for some difficulties you can die one to two times, but i am not sure which difficulties. To get the bad ending, you need to get to the gate, but having died more than two times.
-
Chapter : The Void
Complete the void chapter. To get the void ending, you need to play the game without the flashlight and by dying less than six times. Personally i use the Fearless difficulty for this one. During chapter 3, after the ferryman you’ll go up the stairs and on the alter there will be a glowing eye particles thingy. Stand on it for a while and it’ll bring you to the void chapter.
-
Chapter : Unknown
Complete the Unknown chapter. Basically in chapter 3 you need to head into the vent to get to the extra chapter and get the nightmare ending.
-
The Ferryman
You encounter hum during chapter 3 after escaping the underground bunker. Cannot be missed.
-
What is that thing?
Upon entering the void chapter there will be a witch doctor/spider hybrid that will be your guide through the darkness. Upon seeing him you’ll get the achievement. To get to the void chapter, you need to play the game without the flashlight and by dying less than six times.. Personally i use the Fearless difficulty for this one. During chapter 3, after the ferryman you’ll go up the stairs and on the alter there will be a glowing eye particles thingy. Stand on it for a while and it’ll bring you to the void chapter.
-
The Void thing
After the guide brings you to the end of the level you’ll meet an entity and the achievement will pop-up.
-
Finally Free!
Do the good ending. (Chapter three staircase without dying)
-
Not again!
Do the bad ending. (Chapter three staircase after dying too many times)
-
I’m just a boy with a flashlight
Complete the game without dying.
-
Cool!, souvenirs!
Do the good ending while holding a candle when you reach the front gate.
-
Can we keep him?
Do the good ending while holding the rat when you reach the front gate.
-
Fearless
Complete the game on Fearless with the good ending. Before starting your run, you’ll need to go into the setting and manually set your gamma to zero. Despite the Fearless difficulty lowering the maximum gamma, the achievement is glitched out and you’ll still need to manually lower your gamma to the minimum. Then you can start a new game on Fearless difficulty without touching your gamma during the whole run.

-
The Collector!
Find all the Ayuwoki statues.
This has got to be the most annoying achievement and i’m still not 100% sure how the spawns work. I’ll also include the locations i found at the end, because yes… they are random. Also when you die during a chapter, you have to recollect all of them again… big yikes.
So the way i got the achievement : I had found 2 statues in the chapter one., but then i died. After restarting chapter one, this time i got 3 statues! Which surprised me, because usually i can only find two. Then when i got to the second level i found 2 more and the achievement popped up. So i think, I THINK you need to collect 5 statues. And there is a possibility that if you didn’t get the achievement during the second chapter that they will spawn more statues in the third chapter and the nightmare chapter. (When you head into the vent) So what i would recommend is restarting the first chapter till you get good RNG and manage to find 3 statues in the first chapter. Don’t forget that in the first chapter there is also a possibility that there will be a statue that will spawn in the bedroom that’s on fire. ( You get there by using the key you obtain after completing the door puzzle)
So here’s the spawn list i spent a while making… and it’s probably not complete, so if you know any spawns that aren’t there, let me know in the comments and i’ll add them! 🙂Statues spawn Locations :Chapter one :
Near the vent of the DLC.
In the room that has a table, behind the door.
Behind the boxes on the room with boxes
Bedroom on fire behind the small couch.
next to the collapsed bookshelf next to exit.
behind the shelf next to the collapsed shelves you jump off from.
behind the play on wooden fire.
Inside the library, to the right of the hidden door.Maybe in the attic hidden in all the mess?
Maybe in the room with mattress?Chapter two :
Second floor under the painting on the balcony next to the clock.
Left of the fire place, in the corner
To the left of the clock, behind the chair.
In the storage room where you find the first key.
kitchen next to the trash.
Kitchen’s storage
By the luggage in the entrance.
In the corner to the left of the entrance.Maybe in the dining room?
Chapter three :
In the underground bunker thingy, but i don’t remember where.
In the middle of the red doors hallway
