Battle Pass 12 (2024)
https://enlisted.net/en/news/show/671-new-battle-pass-first-season-of-2024-en/#!/
This submachine gun has a faster firing rate compared to the PPS-42 but a bit slower than the PPS-43. However, compared to both it has a lower recoil. It has a different sight compared to the PPS-42 and PPS-43.
It’s a good gun don’t get me wrong, but I don’t think it is worth a gold order. The PPS-43’s recoil is still very manageable especially if you have the recoil perks.
The Wz.39 Mors is a 24-round submachine gun that could fire in full and semi auto.
I don’t see much reason getting this because the direct comparison would be the 20-round MP28 that you first unlock in the research tree. The Wz.39 Mors has a bigger magazine than the MP28 and that’s it. The next gun you unlock is the MP 34(o), it already has a 32-round magazine.
The .45 ACP Owen does a high damage while having a fast rate of fire. However it has a small 15-round magazine.
You will be constantly reloading because of the small magazine. Your left side of the screen is also partially blocked because of the Owen’s top magazine. It might be nice for close quarter combat, but I find it a bit hard to use.
The SIG 1930 is a 50-round SMG that has a moderate fire rate. It has similar stat as the SIG 1920 that you can unlock from the research tree. The difference is that the SIG 1930 doesn’t have a bayonet and has a bit lower recoil compared to the SIG 1920.
The SIG 1920 doesn’t have a recoil problem so I cannot see any reason to get this. If you really like playing BR III Japan then it’s fine, but it feels very similar to the SIG 1920.
Battle Pass 11 (2023)
https://enlisted.net/en/news/show/618-battle-pass-fall-season-of-2023-en/
Despite its name, this is categorized as a rifle so your Engineers can use it. It has a low recoil and a fast rate of fire. It fires only in full-auto and uses a 20-round magazine.
The sight blocks your right side of the screen because the magazine is on the top, but it’s still very usable because the front sight post is very clear. It has a sprint speed reduction like an LMG. You’ll be constantly reloading because of the fast fire rate, full-auto only, and small magazine. There’s so much wrong with this gun, but the gun itself feels very nice to use. This can be an alternative for the the AVT-40 and AVS-36.
The Breda PG (CR) is a select fire rifle that can fire in a 4-round burst or semi automatic. This gun can be used by Engineers.
This is a good alternative to the FG 42 II, if you are starting to play high BR and don’t have the FG 42 yet, I highly recommend picking this up. The Breda PG uses the burst fire mode by default, so you don’t have to switch firing modes every time you use it. However, unlike the Gewehr 43 Kurz, the burst fire on the Breda PG is a bit overkill if you are just aiming at one person. You can run out of bullets very quickly. I’d recommend switching to burst when in close quarters combat and semi-auto when targeting far away targets. Using this gun in semi-auto feels very nice because you can do follow up shots very quickly because it has a very small recoil.
The T20E1 is a select fire rifle that can fire in full-auto or semi-auto. It can be used by Engineers. It has a fast firing rate with a 20-round magazine.
I really recommend picking up this gun if you are planning on playing high BR USA. The T20E1 has a low recoil so you can quickly readjust for follow up shots in semi-auto and it also can fire in full-auto quickly. The T20E1 is the only gun with a rifle cartridge that could fire in full-auto in the US, so it fills the same role as the FG 42, AVT, and Type Hei Auto.
The Type Hei late is a semi-automatic rifle with 10-rounds. Unlike the normal Type Hei and the other gold order Type Hei 10 it has a higher fire rate and reloads much faster.
Compared to the Type 4 rifle, the Type Hei Late does less damage but it reloads much faster. Like other Japanese guns, it also has a bayonet. However, this gun was introduced before Japan has BRV equipment. Since this is a BR IV gun, you will always be matched with players using BR V equipment. This gun will become obsolete once you unlock the Type Hei Automatic.
Just like the 20-round SVT-40, you can just use the Type Hei Automatic on semi-auto and get a similar feel while retaining the select-fire capability. Here are the comparison of the sights:
Battle Pass 10 (2023)
https://enlisted.net/en/news/show/562-battle-pass-third-season-of-2023-en/
The SVT-40 with Bubnov Drum is a BR IV rifle that can fire in semi-automatic. It has the same stat as the normal SVT-40 but has a bigger magazine and a bit lower recoil.
I don’t see much reason on picking this up since it is a BR IV gun, so it is also in the same matchmaking as the 15-round AVS-36 and AVT-40 which are much better guns. They have a smaller recoil and can fire fully automatic.
You can just use the AVT-40 on semi auto and get the same feel.
The Mondragon is a semi-automatic rifle with a 30-round drum magazine. It can be used by Engineers.
Since it is a BR IV gun, it will always be matched in high BR matchmaking. However, on high BR, Germany has plenty of good select-fire rifles like the FG 42, Gewehr 43 Kurz, and Breda PG. For rifles in high BR, I would prefer to be able to shoot in fully automatic or burst.
The Farquhar-Hill M1918 is a 19-round rifle that fires in semi-automatic. It has a high damage compared to other semi-auto rifles and can be used by Engineers.
The Farquhar-Hill is a BR IV gun, so it will always be matched in high BR games. M2 Carbine is the last rifle on the US research tree but doesn’t fire a rifle caliber cartridge so it doesn’t deal as much damage as the FG42 or AVT. The last rifle the US unlock is the Johnson M1941 rifle can only hold 10-rounds and does less damage, and has higher recoil compared to the Farquhar-Hill. I would recommend getting this if you don’t like the T20E1.
The Type A sword-pistol uses the sidearm slot and you can also use it to charge.
Battle Pass 9 (2023)
https://enlisted.net/en/news/show/506-battle-pass-2nd-season-2023-en/#!/
The SVD-38 is a sniper rifle that can fire in semi-automatic. It does a bit low damage similar to the SVT-38. The SVD-38 has similar stat as the Sniper SVT-38 except for the scope. The SVD-38 has a bigger magnification compared to the Sniper SVT-38.
I’m not the biggest sniper fan, especially semi-auto snipers. For far away targets, using a semi auto sniper will take two shots to kill most of the times. I would rather use the normal sniper Mosin if I ever need the bigger magnification.
Japan
The FN Model can be bought for Germany and Japan. It has a select fire feature to fire in full-auto and full-auto slow. It has similar stats to the US BAR but the FN Model 1930 fires faster. This is a BR III gun, so you can get matched with high BR players as well.
Compared to every other machine gun that you can unlock as the German or Japanese, the FN Model 1930 has the smallest sprint speed penalty at -25% (Others are -50% reduction with the exception of Type 96 at -35%). So if you really like the BAR and want a similar feel when playing the axis, I recommend picking this up.
The Lahti-Saloranta M/26 is a 20-round light machine gun. It is a BR II gun, so you can use it in low BR matches.
Comparing it to the MG-13, the Lahti-Saloranta M/26 fires slower, has a bit more recoil, and has a smaller magazine. But the Lahti-Saloranta M/26 has a much faster reload speed and a smaller sprint speed reduction at only -25% while the MG-13 has -50%. You also have the option to fire in semi-auto with the Lahto-Saloranta M/26. The recoil is a bit rough in my opinion.
The W.A.R (Winchester Automatic Rifle) is also a 20-round light machine gun. It only has full-automatic and semi-automatic mode. Compared to the Browning M1918A2, the W.A.R has a lower recoil, better dispersion, no full auto slow mode, and has a smaller sprint speed reduction (-20% vs the BAR -25%).
This might be a good pickup if you are making a BR III US lineup. But, I prefer the BAR’s sight over the W.A.R because it is less obtrusive.
Battle Pass 8 (2023)
https://enlisted.net/en/news/show/449-battle-pass-the-first-season-of-2023-en/#!/
Despite its appearance, the LAD is a submachine gun and not an LMG. It fires much slower compared to the PPSh-41 but has a 150-round belt magazine. One important note if you decide to pick up the LAD is that by default, it doesn’t have an extra magazine. That means if you bring an ammo pouch regardless of size, it will always give only one extra magazine (150/150).
It is worth consider getting but I prefer a faster fire rate in high BR games.
The Conders MG is a submachine gun despite its name. It has one of the fastest rate of fire compared to all German SMGs. Unlike the LAD, the Conders have an extra magazine.
I definitely recommend picking a few of these up if you’re planning on playing high BR Germany. This gun still competes with the StG 44 very well in high BR matches because of its fire rate. The only gun comparable to this was the MP 717(r) but it’s now unobtainable.
The Scotti Mod.X is a BR II rifle that fires in semi-automatic. Engineers and other classes can use this gun. It doesn’t have a bayonet.
Comparing the Scotti Mod.X and the Armaguerra, while the Scotti Mod.X does have a higher recoil and a bit slower rate of fire, the much faster reload speed and higher damage makes the Scotti Mod.X a much better gun. I do recommend picking this up if you need a semi-auto rifle for low BR matches.
The Lanchester Model 1 is a 32-round submachine gun that fires in a very high rate. This is a BR III gun, so you can be matched with high BR players.
This is a unique gun for the US because there aren’t any similar alternatives to it in the research tree. The only gun in the research tree that can fire at the same rate as the Lanchester Model 1 is the 30-round M1 Thompson you unlock at BR IV. If you are considering on picking this up, do note that the horizontal recoil on the Lanchester Model 1 is quite noticeable. Horizontal recoil is a bit harder to control than vertical recoil.
The Type 1 (1930) is a 50-round submachine gun that is also a BR III gun. Because it is a BR III gun, you can get uptiered to high BR matches.
The sight is obtrusive because it blocks a lot of your center view. I wouldn’t recommend getting this because the SIG 1920 that you unlock from the research tree is a much better gun. The SIG 1920 has the same 50-round magazine, a bayonet, faster firing speed, and better recoil.
Battle Pass 7 (2022)
https://enlisted.net/en/news/show/399-the-new-season-of-the-battle-pass-en/#!/
The PP Shpitalny 1940 is a 97-round drum magazine submachine gun. It has a more moderate fire speed compared to the PPSh-41. Unlike every other submachine gun, this gun has a -20% Sprint Speed reduction.
The PP Shpitalny is a very controllable gun, it is still competitive in high BR matches. I would prefer this over the LAD.
The MKb 42(W) is one of the few assault rifles available as a gold order weapon.
Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend getting it. This used to be a really great pickup before the merge because the best assaulter weapon in the Moscow and Stalingrad campaign was the MKb 42(H) which had similar stats. After the merge, it became obsolete once you unlock the MP43/1 and StG 44.
Unlike the regular M1 Garand, the M1E5 can be used by tankers.
I don’t recommend getting this because the M1E5 has worse recoil and damage compared to the regular M1 Garand. It does have a bit faster reload, but that’s about it.
The 10-round Type Hei has similar stats as the normal 5-round Type Hei you unlock from the tech tree. It has a bayonet and can also be used by Engineers. This gun is a BR IV gun, which means you will always be matched in high BR.
I don’t see any reason buying this gun because there is another gold order weapon the Type Hei Late that’s already much better in every other way. And on top of that, Type Hei Late became obsolete when Japan got BR V equipment. In my opinion, this should be a BR III gun since everyone is using the Type Hei Automatic at high BR. The Pedersen Rifle described earlier is also a BR III gun and is better in terms of stats.
Battle Pass 6 (2022)
https://enlisted.net/en/news/show/339-new-battle-pass-season-even-more-rewards-en/#!/
KB-P-135 is a pistol caliber carbine that has a 25-round magazine and can be equipped by almost every class. This is the only semi-automatic rifle for the low BR soviets.
I would recommend getting this if you want to use a semi-auto in low BR matches
The Artillery Luger used to be classified as a semi-auto rifle before it was changed to a sidearm. It has different stats compared to other pistols.
Like the normal Luger, the Artillery Luger also uses the toggle action system. But unlike the normal Luger, the toggle action is really noticeable and obstructs your view while firing. So you should consider that before buying it.
The Beretta M1918/30 is a pistol caliber carbine that has a 25-round magazine and an integrated bayonet. It can be used by almost every class. The bayonet swings as fast as a knife and it has a low recoil.
It has similar fire rate as the FNAB-43. You need to click very fast to utilize this gun well. If you need a semi-auto rifle for low BR matches, I would recommend picking this up.
The S&W Light rifle is a pistol caliber with a 20-round magazine and can be used by almost every class.
Unlike the other factions, the US does have a similar weapon. The M1 Carbine has a noticeably lower rate of fire, smaller magazine, but has a higher damage compared to the S&W Light Rifle. Unlike the S&W Light Rifle, Tankers, APC Drivers, Assaulters, Medics, Pilots cannot use the M1 Carbine.
Battle Pass 5 (2022)
https://enlisted.net/en/news/show/284-silent-weapons-in-the-new-battle-pass-season-en/#!/
In my opinion, this is a noob trap since the first class they unlock is the sniper. The suppressor doesn’t really help. While it does hide muzzle flash, because the bullet tracers are still visible. Also , if you do kill a player, the kill cam will give your position away anyway.
The low muzzle velocity means that there will be a bigger bullet drop, so you need to aim higher for targets further away. It also does much less damage compared to a normal rifle. So it isn’t doing a good job as a sniper rifle.
The silenced PPD does hide the muzzle flash, but unlike the Mosin, the muzzle velocity of the silenced PPD and the normal PPD. It does a bit less damage than the PPD, but the difference won’t be noticeable. If we compare it to the PPD 34/38 which the only BR IV soviet gun in the research tree, the PPD BraMit better because it has a higher fire rate. The silencer also means that bots will be less likely to notice you so this is a good gun for flanking.
The silenced Nagant is bundled with the suppressed Mosin and PPD-BraMit. It has a low fire rate and you reload the cylinder one-by-one.
The silenced Erma EMP has the benefit of being a silenced weapon and has a very low recoil. But it is a BR III weapon, so you can get uptiered to high BR matchmaking. Compared to other BR III SMG like the MP35/I, the Erma EMP has a lower damage (6.6 vs 7.2) with similar fire rate.
This is bundled with the silenced Erma EMP.
The suppressed M3 is also a fun pick. It has a similar stat to the M3A1 grease gun but has the clearest sight of all the grease gun variants in the game. It does have a bit lower damage, but it wouldn’t be noticeable. Iβd recommend this if you like the grease gun.
The De Lisle Commando Carbine is a silenced bolt-action rifle that fires pistol cartridges. By default it comes with plenty of ammo. I do not recommend getting this unless you get it for a meme. It needs atleast two shots to kill anyone and it being a bolt-action rifle does not help.
This is bundled with the Suppressed M3 and De Lisle Command Carbine. Good luck killing anyone with this because it is basically a bolt-action pistol.
Battle Pass 4 (2022)
https://enlisted.net/en/news/show/242-the-next-battle-pass-season-s-new-features-en/#!/
The PPD-1929 has a similar rate of fire as the PPSh-41, but the PPD-1929 has a slower reload speed. If we compare it to the 35-round magazine PPSh-41 it reloads at 2.4 seconds the PPD-1929 takes 4.0 seconds. The 71-round drum mag PPSh-41, PPD 40, PPD 34/38 also reloads faster. The PPD-1929 is in a bad spot at BR IV, because it will always be in high BR matches where it also the Fedorov and AS-44 is an option.
The VMP-1926 is a BR IV submachine gun, so it competes with other BR V assault rifles like the StG 44. The 40-round Berreta M38A in BR IV has similar stats. The Berreta has lower recoil and also has a select fire feature.
Erma EMP-44 has a dual magazine, so if you run out of ammo on the first one, you can switch to the second one faster than reloading. Compared to the 40-round Beretta M38A, it has a bit slower fire rate and similar recoil. In default, it comes with much more ammo than the Beretta, but it is still a BR IV gun, so it will always land you in high BR matches where you could just use the StG 44.
The Hyde Model 35 uses the same round as the Thompson and the M3 Grease Gun so it has the same high damage. It also has clear sight and a dual 20-round magazine. However, the speed difference between switching and reloading isn’t that noticeable.
If this was available in the store again, I would definitely pick this up. Compared to the other SMGs in low BR, it fires way faster than the M3 Grease gun while retaining the same damage.
The BSA Thompson has an open sight unlike the other Thompson you unlock from the research tree. It has a fast fire rate but has a small 20-round magazine. This is one of the few Thompson you can use at low BR matches, the other being the premium USMC Thompson squad. However, unlike the USMC Thompson, the BSA Thompson reloads much slower. The BSA Thompson is a pretty good pickup if you need a fast and hard hitting gun for low BR matches.
Battle Pass 3 (2021)
https://enlisted.net/en/news/show/193-enlisted-major-update-and-the-tunisia-obt-en/#!/
The RMN-50 is a handheld mortar which fires high explosive shell. The shell cannot penetrate tanks. It can be used with Mortarmen, Riflemen, and AT Soldier.
The RMN-50 is a very unique gold order as it can fire high explosive shells that could wipe an entire room. However, it takes up the main weapon slot, so you might need to carry a pistol or use the second weapon slot. Unlike rifle grenade launchers, ammo pouches do increase your shells, so you might consider the backpack slot over the secondary weapon. You also need a bit of practice because it fires in an arc.
Mkb 35/III is an assault rifle that has a small 20-round magazine. It can fire in fully-automatic or semi-automatic. Because it is an assault rifle, it can only be used by the assaulter class.
I would also get these if it was on sale again because this is the only assault rifle for low BR matches. It also has a bit higher damage than the StG. Compared to other SMGs in low BR, the Mkb does fire slower but it has almost 50% more damage.
The Pavesi M42 is a rifle that fires in semi-automatic and is a BR III gun. So you can also get matched in high BR matches.
Because this is a BR III gun, let’s use the Gewehr 41 as a comparison. The Gewehr 41 can use 10-rounds and has a bayonet while the Pavesi only has 6-rounds, a higher damage, but has no bayonet. For a rifle that loads with a only a 6-round clip, the reload time is pretty noticeable.
The Pedersen Rifle is also a BR III gun that can use a 10-round en bloc clip. Because it is a BR III gun, there is a chance that you can get matched with high BR players.
The M1 Garand is the only competition in BR III. The Pedersen rifle has two more rounds compared to the M1 Garand, but the damage is lower. One thing to note is that the Pedersen rifle uses a toggle action, so every time you fire it, there is a split second where you’re screen is blocked. This is similar to the Luger and the Type Hei.
Battle Pass 2 (2021)
https://enlisted.net/en/news/show/143-upgrades-to-the-battle-pass-in-enlisted-en/#!/
If we compare the PDM-42 and the PPS-42 side-by-side, the PPS-42 has a larger magazine and lower recoil. The PPS-42 has a slightly higher damage as well.
The Suomi KP/-26 fires quite fast and has a low recoil. It is a BR III gun, so you could be matched in high BR matches. Comparing it to other BR III guns like the MP35/I and ZK-383, the KP/-26 has lower recoil and the rate of fire is in between the MP35/I (620) and the ZK-383 (760). However the MP35/I has more damage (7.2).
The Gewehr 43 Kurz is a select fire rifle that can fire in semi-automatic or a 3-round burst. It can be used most classes such as the Engineer. It uses the StG-44 magazine so you can pick one up from the ground and use the same ammo. It has a low recoil and a good sight.
I would recommend getting four of these if it was on sale again. This is a really good alternative to the FG 42 II. The burst fire mode is always preferred, but the default is semi-auto so you need to switch firing modes every time you use it. Because of that I’d recommend putting this on your Engineer because they’re usually the first soldier you use.
M2A1 Carbine can only be used the Assaulter class as it is classified as a submachine gun. It has a bayonet and can switch from full-auto to semi-auto.
It does more damage and fires faster than the Thompsons in the research tree. However a direct comparison would be the M2 Carbine. The M2A1 has faster fire rate but worse recoil compared the the M2. But you can equip the M2 Carbine in almost any class. You can equip a 9-man rifle squad with M2 Carbine while you can only equip at max 4 Assaulters with the M2A1 Carbine.
Battle Pass 1 (2021)
https://enlisted.net/en/news/show/80-enlisted-battle-pass-en/#!/
Berdan II is a single-shot rifle high damage. The sights are pretty good, it has no bayonet and unlike most bolt-action rifles, you need reload speed to fire faster. One thing to note is that it has a low muzzle velocity, so for far away targets, you might need to aim higher to hit them.
The USSR already have the Winchester M1895 which is one of the best rifle for low BR. However, the Berdan II has a meme status, this is a funny gun to see on the kill feed.
The Gewehr 1888 uses the same 5-round clip as the Kar98k. It has a high damage and a pretty good sight. However, it doesn’t have a bayonet, so you can’t charge with it.
The Gewehr 1888 was buffed [enlisted.net] earlier this year. Before that, it was one of the slowest rifle in the game. Stat-wise, the Vz.24 that you unlock from the research tree is better if you compare them side-by-side.
The Schmeisser MK36.III has a pretty low fire rate and a small magazine size. It has a pretty good sight and a unique sound.
A direct comparison to this might be the 20-round MP28 and that you first unlock from the research tree. In comparison, the MP28 fires has the same damage, a faster fire rate, faster reload, but a bit less accurate. Another gun that you can compare it to is the 20-round Berretta M38A which you unlock a bit later and is way better than the MP28.
This is a modification of the M1903 Springfield that fires pistol caliber bullets in semi-automatic. It has a 40-round magazine and you can equip them on most classes like the Engineers.
You need to click really fast to use it effectively. The rate of fire is much faster compared to the M1 Carbine. The damage is a bit low, so you might need three shots to kill an enemy. However, it has a big 40-round magazine so you can spray it like an SMG since it fires pretty fast for a semi-auto. For low BR matches, the only semi-auto rifle the US has is the M1 Carbine which deals a higher damage but fires more slowly. I’d recommend this if you prefer to use semi-auto rifles for low BR matches.
