I listed all achievements in chronological order except for the A Brooch Collector achievement.

A Blonde Girl
Meet a blonde girl

In Chapter 1, after you pick up the car key, unlock the car to try to leave the forest.
You’ll meet a blonde girl.

Unlock a safe without hint

In Chapter 2, in the nurse’s room, there’s a safe inside the bottom right drawer below the eye thing.
You need to unlock the safe before receiving the hint from the boy next to the girl in another room.
The safe code is 2357

Gothic Clothing
Talk to a gothic girl

Ignoring
Ignore a gothic girl

In Chapter 2, in the room next to the nurse’s room, you’ll meet a gothic girl.
Talk to her for the Gothic Clothing achievement.
Otherwise, completely ignore her for the rest of the chapter for the Ignoring achievement. Reload save to get both achievements.

The Fairy of Well
Give the fairy a gift

In Chapter 3, you need to obtain 3 flowers and recolor each of them a certain color. Then, you need to go to the well.
Now, put the flowers in the bucket hanging on the well.
The fairy will appear.

Without a Picture

In Chapter 4, go into the room with the three bookshelves.
You need to get all 6 books without getting a picture in a nearby room and getting a hint from the woman reading a book. There are 2 books in each bookshelf you need to get.

Give Me Bodies
Give the ghost bodies

In Chapter 4, in the room with the ghost in the chest, it wants you to bring it bodies.
You need to obtain the key to unlock the door at the end of the hallway,
Once you enter the room, you’ll see hanging bodies.
Pass through to see a female ghost, coffins, and knives. Pick up the knives and return to the hanging bodies.
Use the knife on the left- and right-hanging bodies.
Get a heart from the left-hanging body.
Get eyes from the right-hanging body.
Give the body parts to the ghost in the chest.

In Chapter 4, after you receive the hint from the ghost in the chest, there are two ways to solve the coffin puzzle to progress to the next chapter. The regular way is to insert the knives into the coffins following the order of the faded Roman numerals. However, for this achievement, you ignore the fading Roman numerals and focus on the three columns of the Roman numerals.
You need to fill the slots of all three coffins with knives instead.
Below are the orders to insert the knives for each coffin.

Warning: Doing this will prevent you from receiving the brooch of this chapter. So, reload save and solve the coffin puzzle the regular way to receive the last brooch of the game.

There are 6 brooches in the game. Collect them all to unlock the second ending. If you haven’t tried to hurt or kill anybody, you’ll probably get all the brooches naturally.

Chapter 1

1. Brooch of Bird

After you get the two-headed crow to come down from the tree, you need to feed it a bowl of tree fruit.
Let the crow finish eating the bowl of tree fruit.
Go back to the forest and come back. The crow thanks you.
Now, head back to the hanged man.
The crow will give you the car key and brooch.

Chapter 2

2. Brooch of Eye

When you meet the eyeless creature, you need to solve the clock puzzle.
You need to save him.
You need to get the scissors from the drawer near the gothic girl.
Use the scissors to cut the curtain to the right to receive the curtain cloth.
Cover the creature’s eyes with the curtain cloth to receive the brooch.

3. Brooch of Chandelier

When you meet the huge headless creature, you need to bring back the creature’s head and something else.
First, you need to feed this creature in the piano room’s closet.
After giving it bread, the creature leaves.
Next, you need to get the camera. It’s hidden in the boxes on the left of the closet.
After solving the piano and food table puzzles, take the head.
Before heading back to the huge headless creature, go to the kitchen and take a picture of the mother with the camera to get a photo.
Give the huge headless creature back his head.
Before entering the door to end the chapter, give the huge creature the photo to receive the brooch.

Chapter 3

4. Brooch of Butterfly

You need to unlock the box to obtain the axe.
Go to the boy trapped on a tree.
Save the boy with the axe.
Be sure to use the axe on the roots. Not the boy. You’ll receive the brooch.

5. Brooch of Flower

Before entering the house to end the chapter, talk to the creature to receive the brooch.
Note: The brooch is only available if you save the boy.

After solving the coffin puzzle the regular way, you’ll receive the last brooch.
