Sheer patience is needed to handle the heavy RNG elements of the game that includes dialogues/conversations, selecting traits after level up, skills check, and etc. Yes, night dialogues at the wrong time can completely end the game! Optimal save-scumming is needed to counter its negative effects while benefiting the most from higher roll.
I enjoy helping others and wanted to preserve the key findings before they are forgotten. There does not seem to be an existing guide for Extreme condition because easier difficulties are tough enough.
The guide is for everyone, but much more friendlier to new players. The writing will be easy to follow and supported by plenty of screenshots for those who are too lazy to read everything! Everyone will be playing on the same level with the most experienced!

The Right Amount of Traps
The 5th one is found much later after progressing Shanaw-Kari relations with Risky Game.
Day 15
Most of the survivors will have moderate levels of fatigue close to 50 and are advised to get drunk from the beer for a 1-day reduced gain.
Understanding Potable Water Barrel
Note: There will be no more reminders about preferred weather.
Day 16: Potable Water Upgrade
Kari needs to hand catch 2 fish each time and whoever has highest fishing skill needs to successfully catch the bigger fish for the higher yield (depends on current skill)!.
After every other option is used, Kari dives in and rolls for a Luck Charm that replaces the need to get more than one scavenging traits.
Day 17
She can share that with other survivors who also has high fatigue.
Each caught trap needs to roll for at least 4 meat or higher!
Wellness Check For Power-Leveling
Kari can gain level 8 today and should only be done during Sunny weather.

Day 21: 3rd Tribute
Mining Camp III is a 3 hammer project and needs at least 60% progress or higher for Eirik to finish alone in the afternoon.
A reduced tribute of 20 wood can be given with very minimal animosity generated. Anything lower increases by a large amount!
Day 22
Day 23
Another mushroom event was found and Tomoe needs to listen to the voices this time for Ancient Knowledge.
Day 24
1 of them needs to be saved in the future for emergencies until the pot can be safely used.
Day 25
The cooking pot produces salt to obtain another Ancient Knowledge from Ash Heap event!
Kari needs to search the ground first and collect 3 stones first. Refer to Max Rewards guide for more info.
Day 26
The Dryer night event gives 5 salt and Eirik gets 10 depression.
Day 27
She can finish the Ravaged Camp today with having at least 80 scavenging. She needs to roll for 8 rope when rummaging to dismantle.
Reflections in the Water
Whoever has the highest constitution needs to swim ahead to get free fish first.
Then, Kari needs to have at least 27 fatigue to receive healing when getting the blessing.
Roll for the maximum 20 day one.
Day 28: 4th Tribute
Before the tribute, she needs to do the Fruit Grove and stick hand further to roll for the more important 3 Kola nuts.
Bjorn will visit if the exact 40 fruit is not paid. Kari takes 5-10 fatigue damage each time when getting fruit. At the end, her total fatigue can be around 62-74 and needs to refuse the fruit to get a permanent fatigue buff!
The completion of healing tent now allows bandages and cure potions but the station itself must never be used! 5 medical herbs are given during its debut evening event.
Day 28: Cooking Hot Meals
The fish collected from reflections in the water and meat from traps can be used.

Note: The station itself should never be used due to the medicine produced by the Forge.
In Love Trait
Both will fully heal depression and the Abandoned Boat is needed to get close to 99 prior!
They will both receive in Love trait that gives strong Fatigue and Depression buffs!
