Can’t miss them Achievements
Just exploring the jungle, you need to explore at least 90% of the island to advance in the story and “win”.
Wanderer
Explore 25% of the island.

How?
Just exploring the jungle, you need to explore at least 90% of the island to advance in the story and “win”. You need to visit all of the squares of the jungle, even after you had already get the last piece of the story to “win”. Remember to fully explore before using the radio.

Survive 7 days on the island.
How?
Usually you will get this achievement by just playing. In the seventh day you may have some buildings but you usually can survive with basic buildings and gathering what you get from the crashed airplane.
If you have problems reaching this day, you can always count in only helping survive one character: food, water and always at the fire.
How did we make it this far?!
Survive 14 days on the island.
How?
You will have a more stable camp at this point. Hopefully you already have a fire and sleeping area, getting you through the worse stats to have high: depression and fatigue. Hunger is always present, but you can help yourself by getting all of the resources from the crashed airplane and exploring the jungle for food, fruits and helpful places to get them.
You can always count in the same strategy as before, getting to this point with only one character. The difficult part is to get more days alive, because doing all of the things: buildings, exploring and gathering as with you only can do one thing at a time.

Survive 50 days on the island.
How?
The strategy is to get rapidly to the “gathering tools” to get resources to progress to other essential buildings like “fishing rod” and “cooking pot”. The first will help to get food, even raw fish will be necessary to eat to get to other stages of the game. The “cooking pot” will make food more accessible and cover hunger more easily, while not getting your character sick. Always remember to get a fruit basket early on too, so you don’t get a game over because of not having water.

How?
If you get here, you will probably have everything. So, only follow the strategy said before: explore the island to get interesting places, get rapidly to the essential buildings and maintain your characters with good stats and try to use their base skills and traits as best as you can.
Craft the “gathering tools” early on, so you can get resources to maintain buildings and craft more.

One of the earliest unlocks, essential to build so you can get resources to craft another essential building to ensure survival.

How?
Craft the “gathering tools” early on, so you can get resources to maintain buildings and build the cooking pot. An essential building, utilizing the raw fish (and raw meat later) you get from the fishing rod (and hunting bow), making the game easier.

How?
You need to research so you can craft buildings. Remember to research the last two craftings, even though they aren’t building, they are necessary to get this achievement.
Character or relationship achievements
Mastery
Have a character with one skill maxed (100).
How?
By playing, you will notice that characters are better at some activities than others. You should always check the base skills that they have. As they do actions in the buildings you have, they would progress with getting more levels on their skills.
I recommend that you use Illyana, as she as a high intelligence and knowledge, you can use her to research, making her progress on these skills. Maxing won’t be difficult as more intelligence a character has, the more skill points you can distribute.
NSA records
Discover all the traits of a character.
How?
By playing, you will notice that characters progress at some activities and skills more than others. You should always check the traits that they have, usually these perks make them progress faster with some skills, relationships or stats (they may progress slower with depression). You can know more of the traits of your characters while talking at the fire camp, as more time they spend talking, earlier you can get discover all of the traits.
I recommend to put Alejandro to constantly talk at the fire camp, as he has a trait that makes you discover his traits faster.
BFFs
Have 2 characters with a relationship score of 100 (= they both have 100 opinion on each other).
How?
If your characters spend a lot of time together, in the same activities they usually will improve their relationship score. Remember to always have them in a good mood, as if they are really depressed they will have more chances than after an action they will lower their relationship score.
I recommend that if you want to get this achievement easily, it’s better to put a couple of characters a lot of the time at the fire camp as they lower their depression stats and they get to do an activity together.
Archenemies
Have 2 characters with a relationship score of -100 (= they both have -100 opinion on each other).
How?
This is a difficult achievement, as most of the time, your characters will get along, because of good stats and the more you progress the better quality of stats they will have, leading to better outcome in the relationship score as they do activities together.
There are two ways to get this achievement:
1. Put two characters that have a high depression stat doing the same activity, so they will lower their relationship score gradually (careful if they are close to 100 in the depression stat, as they will die if the stat reaches 100). I don’t recommend Alejandro, as sometimes he will get along with the person he is working on and achieve more relationship score because of one of his traits.
2. Make Illyana and Jacob hate one another. They usually have a bad relationship, as they usually get story triggers that make them lower their opinion of the other. I recommend that you don’t put them in the same activities and just make the story continue as Jacob in one point of the story will try to murder Illaya lowering their relationship score almost to the minimum (-90 in the score). You can always reach the -100 relationship score faster if you combine the first and second ways that I recommend.
Romance
Can you feel the love tonight?
How?
Make the relationship score between Winters and Alejandro the best possible (20, 40, 60, trying to get 100), while making the relationship score between Julia and Alejandro neutral or negative (try to get the score the lowest possible, trying to not make it reach higher than 40).
You will get at least three acts in the night where Alejandro and Winter do actions regarding a possible love attempt. The last one will make the achievement pop. This act is a kiss between Alejandro and Winters.
Bad Romance
Flirting to obtain something is an old technique.
How?
Make the relationship score between Julia and Alejandro the best possible (20, 40, 60, trying to get 100), while making the relationship score between Winters and Alejandro neutral or negative (try to get the score the lowest possible, trying to not make it reach higher than 40).
Based on my experience, most of the times this achievement has more priority than the “Romance” achievement, so, even though you have a good relationship score with Winters, it will trigger towards this ending anyway.
You will get at least three acts in the night where Alejandro and Julia do actions regarding a possible love attempt. The last one will make the achievement pop. This act is a naked bath between the two.
Developers in the forums comment on the necessary conditions:
“To be sure to get it, I’d advise to keep everyone alive, because sometimes one character dead breaks the chain of dialogs that you must get to have this one particular dialog.
Before being able to enter the dialog chain between these 2 characters, you must see the dialog where Julia talks about her mission, and suspects the guys of the group. But that should be easy to get. (Every guy should be alive, obviously, to get these dialogs… So keep ’em alive) When you see those, you’ll be able to enter the dialog chain if you meet these conditions:
First dialog of the chain:
– Alejandro and Julia Opinion > 20
– Day > 15
– Alejandro, Julia and Alice alive
Second:
– Seen first dialog of the chain
– Alejandro and Julia Opinion > 40
– Day > 20
– Alejandro, Julia alive
Third:
– Seen second dialog of the chain
– Alejandro and Julia Opinion > 60
– Day > 25
– Alejandro, Julia and YURI alive
– Didn’t got the last dialog of the romance between Alejandro and WINTERS (you can’t cheat on the girls in this game ^^) -> if you got it, you should load a previous checkpoint.
Remember: Each night, a dialog is pulled randomly from the full dialog list that meets the requirements, so don’t panic if you don’t get it as soon as you meet the requirements… Be patient, and keep the requirements true 🙂

Fulfill a spy’s mission.
How?
You need to make the relationship score between Julia and Bob the best possible, making her closer to Bob and getting to know his past. It will make acts happen in nights. The most important one involves Julia getting suspicious of Bob, the act before the night that the achievement pops is a line of Julia making her mind that Bob is the target and she will murder him the next night.

The real enemy is not always the obvious one.
How?
You need to make the relationship score between Julia and Jacob the worst possible, while making her neutral to Bob (I don’t know if it works if the relationship with Bob is bad). It will make acts happen in nights. The most important one involves Julia getting suspicious of Jacob, the achievement will pop after Julia murders Jacob.
Particular Achievements
Cold night
A night without fire is a harsh night…
How?
You need to stop feeding wood to the fire camp, making the fire burn out. The next night will make this achievement pop.
There is no respect anymore…
Relieve yourself on sacred ground.
How?
There is a monument made from stones in the Jungle. It’s found, commonly, at the north or north-east of the map. You can do many things with it, one of them is “piss” on the monument, doing that action will make the achievement pop.
I could eat a shoe
A character died from Hunger.
How?
Make the Hunger stat of a character reach 100.
Just… 10… minutes…
A character died from Fatigue.
How?
Make the Fatigue stat of a character reach 100.
Just a flu
A character died from Sickness.
How?
Make the Sickness stat of a character reach 100.
He just needs some time alone
A character died from Depression.
How?
Make the Depression stat of a character reach 100.
