This article is a guide for achieving 100% completion in the game Capybara: The Story of Sisyphus. It includes a walkthrough and tips for obtaining all achievements in the game.

Walkthrough

Use WASD to roll your capybara forward. Be careful of falling in the water or off of the structures – it will reset your timer and you restart to the original position!

• Move forward toward the bridge to get the first achievement

Take the First Step
You must get up and walk to the bridge

• Cross the bridge and turn right

• Head straight and up the set of stairs

• Walk onto the grass to receive the second achievement

Road to Egypt!
Go out onto the lawn and get some fresh air

• Turn left and keep left going up the staircases

• Roll through the colosseum

• Head forward then cross the bridge into the town

• Walk straight toward the stairs and go up

• Cross the wooden bridge and pass the house on the left

• Tumble forward into the forest to get the third achievement

It’s Time to Relax!
Just go to the lawn

• Turn left through the trees toward the prairie wagons

There is a sniper ahead that will shoot at you in timed intervals. Listen carefully for the sound so you can travel in between shots to avoid being hit. Use the landscape to your advantage to hide from it if possible (large rocks, structural pieces, etc). How hard it hits is inconsistent – sometimes it can throw your capy off of the structure or simply pushes you backwards

• Turn right towards the train

• Move forward while staying on the left side of the train to avoid being shot at

• Pass the train and head down the dirt slope ahead

• Go inside the tunnel for the fourth achievement

Visit the Mine!
Find a tunnel

• Wiggle through the tunnel into the city

• Head straight, pass the bus on the left, then turn right

• Continue toward the green cable car

• Move your capybara inside of the bus stop on the left to recieve the fifth achievement

View the City!
Sit at the bus stop

• Pass the green cable car and turn left

• Move forward then take the next right

• Head into the open doorway and go up the staircase on the right side

• Once near the top of the building the sixth achievement should pop

Stand on the Roof of a Building!
Go to the roof of the building

• Cross the roof and onto the next structure

The next section will have ufo’s that shoot at you. They act the same as the sniper before so try to time yourself accordingly!

• Roll forward up the ramps and into the hallway on the right side

• Carefully move through the free standing paths toward the next building

• Once inside the building you will receive the seventh achievement

Explore Spaceships!
Climb the second ship

• Go up the ramps on the left and continue forward to the end of the hallway

• Head up and toward the right

• Look for the white floating path and climb it up to the top

A free floating structure moves to and from your current location and to the next section of the map. It does not move your capybara with it so to stay on, you have to move yourself while it travels

• Move onto the floating structure and travel with it

• Jump off onto the rocky edge and move to the path

More ufo’s will snipe at you in this section. There is not much to use as cover so I suggest going as fast as possible!

• Roll straight until you see the cabin on the left

• Approach the cabin to get the eighth achievement

Resting at a Cabin in the Woods!
Get to the house on the edge of the forest

• Head back onto the path and forward up the mountain

• Carefully move up the spiral rock ‘stairs’

• At the top of the mountain you will receive the final achievement!

Climb to the Top of the Mountain!
Climb the steps up the mountain

Congrats on 100%! At the top of the mountain there is a glowing silver portal that you can take to the final screen. It will show some cute capys relaxing and your final time score! You can also restart the game or exit
