A simple guide for the achievements in Beastieball.
Some General Advice
- I recommend that you focus on getting a compatible team early on because otherwise it becomes annoying to level the Beasties. You should get a good understanding, how you want to play (e.g. very defensive? aggressive?) and get the Beasties you need for that. For example, my starter team was Bildit and Sprecko and then I tried to add a healer and some teammates that have high physical (yellow) and passion (pink) stats.
- Also exploring is something you should do instead of just trying to go after the ranked teams. The jumps in levels between the teams is high and you will just lose, if your team is too low level. Plus, if you want to get the research achievement, it is less tedious, if you have collected some of the research already.
- The game is very puzzle-heavy. Usually you need to find a way to turn the switch, so that the gates open and it is not always straightforward. It took me a while to realize that you can e.g. hit a rope with a ball and then it unwraps or that you can jump on some of the mushrooms. Additionally, often you need to find some hidden path, so that you can climb up. Or hit the switch with the ball. So just try a lot of things 🙂
- I recommend talking to the NPC, especially, if they are not in one of the cities. Sometimes it helps you to progress. Such as the king’s letter from Gene. I didn’t find everything yet myself… still need the key card for the elevator on Neptune Stadium.

Golden Gods
Defeat the team Golden Gods on Chartreuse Island (south-west of Beryl & you need a boat licence & a king’s letter from Gene from defeating him (you will encounter Gene somewhere in your travels – I think the first encounter is near Jasper Mines or in Begonia, but I am not sure))

Hello Freaks
Defeat the team Hello Freaks in Mainframe / Geo City (south-west of Begonia)

Platinum Sponsor
You need to help Reese by finding all the mushroom colonies (where you can also metamorph your Sprecko). Then you will get the platinum sponsorship from the research center.
Big Leagues
You need to register for the crown series. For that you need to have a rank of about 10 and a platinum sponsor.
Achievement of Shame
You need to win every game in the crown series until you play against rank 1. There you need to lose (or forfeit). It is basically the end of the current story and, as far that I know, not missable.

Magic Moons
Defeat the team Magic Moons. For that you need to go north of Begonia by jumping down from the southern side of the research center building. Then there will be a “maze”, where you need to throw the beastie ball on “weird-seeming” walls to make them disappear. Continue walking until you reach the railhouse in Solanum Weald. Then you need to find a beastieball and destroy the northern wall (you will need to climb up and throw the ball from above because the character can only throw sideways). Then there is a tower. You will need to talk to the receptionist in the tower and ask her, whether there is a ranked team. Afterwards, you need to win some matches in order to qualify to play against the Magic Moons coach.
Tower Challenge
After winning against the Magic Moons, you can take on the tower challenge, which consists of fighting 10 teams. You need to win ALL 10 matches, so I recommend to download a team (you can find some codes online – it’s not really a download, you only need to put in a seed code), if your own team is too weak.
Staying Power
Took me ages to find this one. You need to talk to the guy in the gym, if they want to sponsor you and then fulfill his requirements.
Nobody Cares But OK Good Job!
Fully research 100 Beasties. You don’t need to catch them, just research them. I recommend doing this as the last achievement because with a high level team you can just use “free ball” all the time to max out the research within one game. Also I recommend doing this, if you want to hunt for shinies because if you research all available 104 Beasties (including the “extict” ones), you get a book as reward that boosts you chances to encounter shinies.
