Welcome to the Achievement Guide for “Autopsy Simulator”! This quick guide will help you unlock all the Achievements in the game. Be aware that there may be slight spoilers, so proceed with caution. Let’s get started!

After you examined your first body thhe game tells you to go to your car. The achievement should pop up and the prologue should end.

You will get this one naturally by playing the game.

Story Related
Jack The Ripper
⠀⠀ Cut open the first body.
You will get this one after cutting your first body open in the Prologue.
Frozen Meat
⠀⠀ Place a body in the Fridge.
After you finish the autopsy in the Prologue the game will tell you to put the body in the fridge.
Factor 50
⠀⠀ Use the UV lamp for the first time.
When you examine the second person in chapter 1, the game will ask you to use the UV lamp. Just make sure you check every body part and you’ll get the achievement.

Right One First
⠀⠀ Restore the electricity.
After starting the centrifuge in Chapter 1, the lights will start to flicker. The game will tell you to turn the breaker on again. Go to the same room you found the camera in, turn it on and you should get the achievement.

Mr. I’ll get the rest in the morning
⠀⠀ Clean up Jack’s apartment after a burglary.
After the call with Steven you can start to clean your apartment. Clean as much as you can, and on the next day you will get the achievement.

Testing, Testing, 1, 2, 1, 2
⠀⠀ Use a voice recorder for the first time.
Before you begin the autopsy during your 3rd shift in Chapter 2, the game will tell you to use the voice recorder.

Woman in the wall
⠀⠀ Confirm the identity of the deceased.
You will get this one in Chapter 2. The Game tells you to check the fingerprints of the deceased person. In your computer, compare it with Fingerprint #126-78. After you’ve done that print the document and take it. You’ll get the achievement.

Till death do us apart
⠀⠀ Discover Aliice’s wedding ring.
At some point in Chapter 2, will will check the trachea of Harper Lloyd. You’ll find the Ring inside.

Something missing?
⠀⠀ Open the bag containing the headless body.
You will get this one in Chapter 3, after opening the bag the corpse is in.

Bloodsucker
⠀⠀ Pump blood out of the abdominal cavity.
You will do this in Chapter 4. Just turn on the machine and remove all the blood.

Ending Achievements
I’m the One to Blame
⠀⠀ End the first dead memory.
This is the first ending of the game. You’ll get it by simply finishing the game.

Misseable Achievements
Newshound
⠀⠀ Read the journalist’s note.
You can find the Note right at the beginning of the Game on your desk. Pick it up and you’ll get the Achievement.

Who Needs Fresh Air
⠀⠀ Stop the cold draft.
After you read the journalist’s note turn around and close the Windoow.
Painful Memories
⠀⠀ Examine at least 5 Alice-related items.
You can examine 5 Pictures. If you miss any shown below don’t worry, you’ll be able to find more than 5 pictures. Just keep an eye out for them. Here are some Locations:

After the Prologue you will wake up in your apartment. Go to the Kitchen and open the fridge.

Feeling Helpless
⠀⠀ Lower Jacks sanity irreversibly.
You will get this one if you take your Pills over and over again. You can do this during the Autopsy everytime you’ve completed one objective.
I did it in Chapter 4.
