════════⫸STAGE 1⫷════════
Complete the storyfirst, along with any miscellaneous achievements that you may achieve as a natural result of your actions. You may complete some region mysteries, wealth, or artifacts as you go, but there’s no need to focus on that right now.
Keep in mind that your choices will not have any effect in achieving the story-related Achievements, as they will be earned at the end of each arc no matter what your decisions are.
The story can take you around 50 hours to complete, depending on your playstyle and how much you explore.
The Saga Begins
Complete the Prologue
You will earn this Achievement naturally once the Prologue is completed and you are given the option to choose Eivor’s Gender (or let the Animus decide for you).
There are no collectibles to be found or additional quests to be completed on this stage.
To England!
Leave Norway
You will earn this Achievement naturally during the story, after you set out for England. This will take place in the regions of Rygjafylke and Hordafylke in Norway and will serve as an introduction to many of the game mechanics.
It is a great opportunity to also gain XP and the valuable Raven Clan armor set from the region Wealth collectibles, so do not rush leaving Norway. Take your time to explore and get familiar with the game.
Hard Choices
Complete the Grantebridgescire Arc
You will earn this Achievement naturally after completing the story missions related to the Grantebridgescire region.
At the end of the arc, during the quest “The Stench of Treachery”, you will need to identify who is the traitor among Soma’s men. You will be tasked to investigate the three of them, and just in case it is not clear, the traitor is Gallin
The Order Is Revealed

In the Footsteps of the Gods
Complete the Asgard and Jotunheim quests
You will earn this Achievement naturally after completing the storyline for Asgard and Jotunheim regions. To unlock these arcs, you need to build the Seer’s Hut in your settlement and complete a few missions for Valka.
These arcs are particular, as they do not happen in England, or any other known region of the map, but rather in the mythological realms of Asgard and Jotunheim. To reach these territories you need to drink a potion found in Valka’s Hut:
Green-ish for Asgard
Blue-ish for Jotunheim
To come back to England, you will see an eye icon on the map, and when you hover over it, it will say “Wake up”. Press and hold Cross to come back from your sleep.
You will get access to Jotunheim after completing the quest “The Big Finish”. Afterwards, you will be able to travel to both worlds at will.
As It Was Foretold

-You need to speak to Randvi as usual and check the alliance map.
-It can be tricky to find this territory since it is not part of England. You need to scroll down below the map of England, and you will partially spot another map for the region of Hordaylke.
-Pledge to it and the storyline will begin.
England Subdued
Complete Hamtunscire Arc
You will earn this Achievement naturally after completing the storyline of Hamtunscire, which will put an end to the story.
This will be a battle-focused arc, where you will meet many friends again as you all prepare for the fight.
Rampage
Complete your first raid in England
You will earn this Achievement naturally during the main storyline, after settling at Ravensthorpe.
Right after claiming Ravensthorpe, Gunnar (the settlement’s blacksmith and Eivor’s friend) will ask you to bring him supplies to start building up the settlement. This will start the quest “Settling Down”, which will take you to raid your first monastery.
-It is recommended that you raid Alcestre Monastery in Ledecestrescire (directly west of your settlement, around 900m far). Its region power is level 20, and is the closest by distance to the settlement.
Starting a Raid:
There are 2 different ways to start a raid:
By land:
You will do this by entering the Monastery premises on foot or by horse. You will see the orange-ish “Distrust Area” indicator on top of the screen appear, and Eivor will equip his cloak automatically. Then open the select menu and select Start Raid on top left.
By boat:
You will do this while approaching the monastery area by its river/sea entrance. Row directly towards it, and once you are close enough to the dock, shore, etc. you will see a yellow circle indicator on the water. You will have the option to Raid and the longship will charge into the shore and the raid will start.
After looting all the Treasure chests from the monastery, the raid will be completed and the Achievement will pop.
Builder
Reach settlement level 3
You will earn this Achievement naturally as you progress through the story, as completing the story arc for some territories (such as East Anglia, Lunden etc.) will reward you with settlement upgrades.
Alternatively if you do not wish to wait to advance in the story, you can raid a few monasteries from the lower level regions (Ledecestrescire, Grantebridgescire etc.) to upgrade the settlement to level 3 by yourself by building 7 upgrades.
════════⫸STAGE 2⫷════════
After you complete the story, you may go back to each territory to complete the remaining mysteries, collect the missing wealth items, and the artifacts you left behind on the previous stage.
As you will be traveling to many cities and other locations in this stage, it is recommended that you also complete all the Orlog challenges that you are not completed up to this point. You will come across many of them as you travel through each region to gather all collectibles.
This stage can take you around 40 hours to complete, depending on how many items you have remaining.
Tranquility
Complete a Standing Stone puzzle
You will earn this Achievement as going for Completionist All the Way! since Standing Stone puzzles are part of the region Mysteries. You will find 13 of these puzzles scattered troughout the world.
Solving a Standing Stone
The mechanics is not hard to understand, but some of these puzzles will not make it easy for you:
You need to get to the center of the Standing Stones area and Read a stone that will contain the pattern that you need to form with the stone carvings. A scroll will pop up with the pattern, and you will hear an audio telling a story related to the standing stones.
-If you do not find the stone, use Oding Sight to highlight it.
Once you know the patter you need to form, you need to find the right position & camera angle to form the pattern from the carvings on the standing stones of the circle. To help you visualize this, use Oding Sight to highlight the stone carvings.
-Do not go far away from the circle, as usually the angle is found within its area (maybe on top of one of the stones, maybe climbing a tree branch that is right next to the circle, etc.).
Equilibrium
Complete 3 Cairn challenges
You will earn this Achievement as going for Completionist All the Way! since Cairn challenges are part of the region Mysteries. You will need to complete 3 of these challenges to get the Achievement. There are a total of 13 Cairn challenges to be found in the game.
Solving a Cairn Puzzle
Cairns are usually found on elevated places, where you can have a good view of the area.
1. Once you get to it, you will see several rocks on the floor and a prompt to Interact with them. Do so to start the challenge, which consists in piling rocks up to reach a certain height, marked by a green circle (just like the one on the image below that looks orangish).
2. There is no single solution to each Cairn, so it will be based on your creativity and observation of the rocks shape. Some tips to make it easier are:
-Check the screen to see all the rotation possibilities, they all help in different circumstances.
-Check the rocks 360º to identify flat surfaces where you can accommodate other rocks.
-Always look for a stable base, normally a big rock with a large flat surface.
-Combine large rocks with smaller ones.
-After you place a rock vertically, it is a good idea to place another in a horizontal direction, to provide better stability for the next vertical one, unless it is already stable and the surface is flat enough to sustain the next one.
3. Once you reach the marked green area with a stable pile of rocks, the area will turn orange and it will ask you to validate it.
Witch Hunter
Defeat one Daughter of Lerion
You will earn this Achievement while going for Completionist All the Way!, as Daughters of Lerion are considered region Mysteries. There is a total of 3 sisters, but for this Achievement you only need to defeat one. These will be difficult enemies, even more than Zealots. Be well prepared and stocked with rations and ammo.
Each of them has a different power level, and killing them will grant you a piece of Thor´s Armor.
-Killing all of them is necessary to obtain Godly Reward.
-Is is also needed to later complete Worthy.
Everyday Life
Complete 10 World Events
You will earn this Achievement as going for Completionist All the Way!, as World Events are part of the region Mysteries. You need to complete 10 out of the 129 World Events scattered throughout all the regions.
a2db57.png World Events are the “side quest” system of AC Valhalla. Unlike other secondary or side quests in most of the open world or RPG games, these world events do not have map markers, objectives, or any other indicators of what to do or where to go. The best strategies to complete these events successfully are:
-Conversations: Most of the times, the World Event will be initiated by a conversation with an NPC. Make sure to pay attention to the dialogues (you should not skip them) and any details the NPC may say about the situation, what they need, etc.
-Odin Sight: Most of the times after talking to an NPC, or if you did not, there will be items in the nearby area that you will need to interact with like cages, paper documents, etc. Therefore, using Odin Sight will be helpful to locate and highlight objects that will help you complete the quest.
Completionist All the Way!
Complete all territories
You will earn this Achievement after you have discovered and completed all Mysteries, Wealth, and Artifacts for ALL the territories in Norway, England, Asgard, Jotunheim and Vinland.
This is by far the most time consuming of all Achievement, since there are 784 items & activities in total, that need to be collected or completed. This is probably one of the latest Achievements you will earn. You can either:
-Work towards completing regions as you progress on the story (recommended to gain power, equipment, abilities, etc. early in the game)
-Leave the completion until the end (not recommended)
Tips on finding Activites and Items
Besides exploring the world and synchronizing Fast Travel point to remove the map fog and find the points of interest for the 3 types of items and activities, you can additionally discover more by:
1. Finding white question marks on the map.
-They are NPCs that will sell you information of nearby mysteries, artifacts, and wealth items.
2. Check with the Cartographer at your settlement.
-See Home Sweet Home for more information
Once you have completed a region, you will have a check at the last bar of each collectible type, and the upper borders will be golden
Archaeologist
Complete all Roman collector challenges
You will earn this Achievement after collecting all 52 Roman Artifacts scattered through England and returning them to Octavian at your settlement. Roman artifacts are considered region Artifacts, so you will collect all of them naturally as going for Completionist All the Way!
There are a few things you need to do to unlock this Achievement:
1. Build the Museum at your settlement, Ravensthorpe (behind the Longhouse, see below pic).
2. Talk to Octavian.
3. Complete the quest he will give you (it will take place in Lunden).
4. Return all the Roman Artifacts to him (you will be rewarded for returning specific batches of artifacts).
-This step is crucial, since only collecting them will not trigger the Achievement-
Orlog Champion
Beat all the Orlog players
You will earn this Achievement once you beat all the 19 Orlog players that you can find in England and Norway.
Orlog Players Location
Find below the location list of all the Orlog Players you need to defeat.
Orlog Game Tips
Find below a strategy on how to beat most of your games (it is a dice game, so there is always the “luck” factor), and a video guide on how to do it. The game has a fair explanation of the basic mechanics, but there aresome extra tips listed here:
1. Always choose “Thor’s Strike” as God Favor. You will not need any other. You could choose other that are probably useful, but for this strategy we will only use this favor.
2. Every time you roll dices, make sure to select ONLY the dices that have the golden border, or the hand symbols, since we will focus on dealing damage from God Favors (and any other ranged or melee damage points that may come naturally).
3. Once you have accumulated 12 favor tokens, use “Thor’s Strike” and select “Deal 8 damage”. From there, depending on how many damage points you and your opponent have left, you may be able to use Thor’s Strike for 5 damage points.
4. To make sure you have the God Favor tokens under control, it is a good practice to calculate the tokens distribution during the rolling phase, taking as an example the below picture:
-The opponent has 4 dices with golden borders, so that makes 4 God Favor tokens for him
-You have 3 dices with golden bars, so that makes 3 God Favor tokens for you
-Now, since you have 3 hand dice faces, you will steal 3 God Favor token from your opponent at the end of the dices resolution phase.
-So in the end your opponent will only have 1 God favor token, and you will have 6 tokens.
5.Doing this calculations during each rolling phase will help you keep track of what you need to do, and when it is better to use Thor’s Strike in the game.
6.Keep focusing on these dices results: Borders and Hands as well as using Thor’s Strike, and you should win the majority of the games.
7.Do not get frustrated if you lose the first games, you will need a few of them to get used to the game mechanics. But eventually you will be winning the vast majority of them.
Slam Master
Complete all the flytings
You will earn this Achievement after defeating all the opponents in 16 Flyting challenges. Flytings count as region Mysteries, so you will find them as going for Silver Completionist All the Way!
Flyting Tips
Here are a few things to keep in mind:
-There are 16 Flyting challenges scattered in the world, 15 of them count as Mysteries and 1 additional that is not considered a Mystery, which is the Flyting with Alvis in Fornburg. You still need to complete it for the Achievement (this can be considered the Flyting Tutorial).
-On this “Flyting tutorial” your opponent is Alvis, who can be found at Fornburg, Rygjafylke in Norway. Once you reach England, he can be found in Ravensthorpe if you missed this flyting (it is recommended to do it in Norway though, since it will teach you the basics on flyting).
-Every duel won will increase your Charisma to a maximum level of 6. Having a high charisma will help you in certain situations to be able to complete an objective more quickly, by having alternative conversation choices.
-On some of the flyting duels, you will be required to bet silver (100, 150, or 200 coins). If you are prepared, this can be a way to make some extra silver.
-To beat an opponent at Flyting you need to match the rhyme, time and topic that the opponent is flyting about, unless other special rules are specified before hand, which happens in 2 or 3 occasions (it is recommended not to skip the initial NPC conversation to make sure of any modification to the standard Flyting rules)
-There are 3 rounds on each Flyting challenge, and you need to win by the best of 3 (meaning at least in 2 rounds).
-if you lose a challenge, do not worry, you can replay it until you win (make sure you win each one, since if you lose it will not count towards the Achievement).
It’s Not a Bug, It’s a Feature!
Complete your first Animus Anomaly
You will earn this Achievement after you complete your first Animus Anomaly platform puzzle. There are 10 of these puzzles, which are all part of the region Mysteries, so you will complete it when going for Completionist All the Way!.
See The Hidden Truth for more details and guide to solving these puzzles.
The Hidden Truth
Obtain all video fragments and watch the hidden truth video
You will earn this Achievement after watching the complete Hidden Truth video. This video consists of 10 clips that you can collect after completing each of the 10Animus Anomalies in the game. The anomalies needed for the Achievement are part of the region Mysteries, so you will achieve this Achievement while going for Silver Completionist All the Way!
In each of the 10 Animus Anomalies scattered throughout the world you will need to complete the platform puzzles to be able to collect the video fragment at the end/top of each one.
Tips:
These puzzles are sometimes challenging, and their structure is different depending on the location. These are some of the most common elements you will find:
1. Unstable Structures: These are grey structures that cannot be traversed, and need to be stabilized by a projector beam (it will glow once stabilized)
2. Projectors: These are items that stabilize unstable structures by casting a beamat them. This beam may be permanent or intermitemt, so be careful
3.Reflectors: These are items that will receive a beam from the projectors and reflect it (even split the beam into 2 or 3 beams) in a set direction to be able to reach multiple unstable structures at once.
4. Hazards: These are orange sections, mobile or fixed, that you need to avoid touching, or your position will be reset.
Master Hunter
Defeat all Alpha animals (Base game only)
You will earn this Achievement after defeating 10 Legendary Animals found in the game (there are 11 in total, but Steinnbjorn in Jotunheim is not needed for the Achievement).
Keep in mind:
-After defeating a Legendary Animal, you can return to the Hunter’s Hut at your settlement to earn special rewards.
-He will cross each animal off a list (this list will not show O Yan Do’ Ne nor Steinnbjorn. However, O Yan Do’ Ne IS required for the Achievement).
-After delivering them to the hunter, you will see a special decoration in your longhouse hall.
You will earn this naturally while going for Completionist All the Way! since they are considered region Mysteries
–Evade it when it charges at you to attack its back easily.
-His attacks are heavy but moves slow, so Evade and attack from the back.
-Get up into one of the huts, so you can deal with them 1 by 1. The biggest feeder will not climb up, so you can use your bow from a high point.
-It moves very quickly, so use Light Attacks and evade.
-It will summons packs of wolves, so check your surroundings constantly to avoid being flanked (use Odin Sight for this)
-He regenerates health, so be quick to interrupt it with abilities or Heavy Attack.
-The bull charges at you, so Evade and attack from the back.
-Get rid of the other bulls as quickly as possible.
-Be careful when it charges at you, since it can be hard to spot sometimes due to the high grass. Use Odin Sight not to lose it.
-Be careful when he is charging an attack, he will throw dirt at your face and blind you for a few seconds.
-Focus on the Young Linx first.
-Use light bow for high fire rate or try to evade and attack quickly, since they will dodge your attacks if they are on a defensive stance.
-Hit weak points with a bow (preferably Light Bow due to fire rate)
–Focus on hitting the ice spikes that come out of his legs/arms
-The back is his most vulnerable part. Hit there with abilities and all you have.
-Besides the regular melee hits that can be evaded easily, he uses 2 ice attacks (you will know they are coming, since he will create ice spikes on its body):
-Underground Spikes: It will throw ice spikes at you, 2-3 one after the other, so be ready to evade a few times (save your stamina)
-Ice Circles: It will smash the ground, creating wider ice spikes circles with area damage every time. It creates 2-3 circles one after the other, so run as far as you can once you see him standing on two legs.
Dreamcatcher
Destroy 10 Curse Symbols (Base game only)
Cursed Symbols are part of the region Artifacts. Besides being marked on the map as you approach, you will notice you are near a cursed symbol since the enviroment will get dark and poisonous. Eivor will also start to move more slowly and look dizzy.
To destroy the symbols you need to hit or shoot a rune-enchanted skulls, sometimes well hidden. You need to destroy 10 of these to earn the Achievement so do not worry, since there are 40 scattered throughout all the regions.
You will earn this Achievement naturally when going for Completionist All the Way!
════════⫸STAGE 3⫷════════
This stage focuses on eliminating all the members of the Order of the Ancients (Wardens and Zealots). Out of the 45 members, 13 are assassinated as part of the story, so in this stage you will go for the remaining ones. You may have killed others during your playthrough
This can take around 5 hours, depending on how many you may have killed on previous stages, how quick you can find the clues, and also depending on a choice related to Leofrith, early in the game:
If you choose to kill Leofrith during Ledecestrescire Arc, Zealots will hunt you down and you will not spend time trying to look for them. If you spare him, he will give you the quest Hunted, which upon completion will prevent the Zealots to proactively hunt you. You have until next dusk to complete it, otherwise it will be late and Zealots will still hunt you down
Disorder of the Ancients
Eliminate all targets of the Order of Ancients
You will earn this Achievement after eliminating all 45 members of the Order of the Ancients (30 Wardens and 15 Zealots). Out of the 45 members, 13 are story-related, and the remaining 32 are found in the world, some of them outside of England.
Killing all of them and reporting to Hytham at the Hidden Ones Bureau at your settlement will reward you with Thor’s Cloak, which is needed for the Achievement Worthy.
You will have to Assassinate them or fight them like a regular soldier.
Wardens are organized like this:
1. 1 Master of the Order
2. 5 Warden Leaders directly under the Master
3. 4 Branches with 6 wardens on each, under 1 Warden Leader:
-Wardens of Faith
-Wardens of Wealth
-Wardens of Law
-Wardens of War
-Killing Members of the Order (they will give you a clue to their master, or, in the case of Zealots, the Warden they work with)
-Exploring the world (each Member profile will give you hints of the location of clues)
-Story-related missions
Once all clues regarding a member are revealed, you can Mark them from the Order Tab on the pause menu, and see their location on the map.
Depending on your choice regarding Leofrith, they may proactively hunt you or not. See KEEP THIS IN MIND! for more info on this story choice.
They are not organized in branches or groups, but some of them work together with Wardens, therefore granting you clues about them once you kill them.
However, if your story choice makes them not chase you, you will need to find them by yourself.
They are usually riding or walking by the region main roads scattered throughout the entire map.
When you are close (a few hundred meters) you will see a white helmet icon on the map. After approaching them (within 40-50 meters) they will be revealed.
Once they are revealed, you will be able to find them on the Order tab and mark them. Then a red helmet icon will show on the map on their location.
Pioneer
Reach Vinland
You will earn this Achievement naturally as going for Disorder of the Ancients. Reaching Vinland will be part of a questline to assassinate the Warden of War: Gorm Kjotvesson, leader of the right branch of the Order.
Reaching Vinland Steps:
Below are the steps needed to reach the Vinland territory for the first time. Then you can travel back using the World Map.
1. Kill the 6 members of the Order of the Ancients on the right branch.
2. Travel to Ravensthorpe after receiving the quest: “In a Strange Land”.
3. Talk to Hytham. He may be at the Hidden Ones Bureau or near the Longhouse.
4. Talk to Randvi and pledge to Vinland. It is a little tricky to spot on the Alliance map. You have to scroll down to spot it.
5. Reach the docks and talk to a woman that will take you to Vinland. You must leave all your equipment and weapons behind, but do not worry, as you will get them back automatically when you return to England.
Once you reach Vinland, the new territory, the Achievement will pop.
════════⫸STAGE 4⫷════════
On this final stage you will focus on completing all the remaining Achievement you have not earned before. Some of them will be earned naturally as a result of your activities, with no additional effort.
Depending on the amount of missing Achievement, this may take up to 5 hours. To complete them, following the guides below.
It’s Alive!
Create a Jomsviking
You will earn this Achievement after you create your own Jomsviking. There are certain steps you need to follow to successfully create your Jomsviking and add him/her to your raiding crew:
Build the Barracks
Build the barracks on your settlement. If you are facing the settlement from the docks, you will find it to the right. It has a cost of:
-400x Supplies
-30x Raw Materials
Talk to the Crew Master
Talk to the NPC at the entrance of the barracks to create and summon your Jomsviking. From this NPC you can also manage your crew and see the recruited Jomsvikings and the recruitment feature from other real players.
-If another player recruits your Jomsviking (there will be an in-game notification if this happens), you will receive 100 silver from this NPC.
Select your Jomsviking Equipment
Keep in mind you will have be able to equip on your Jomsviking only the gear that Eivor currently possesses. The choice is not permanent, as you can come back at any time to change each piece of equipment with your updated inventory.
Name your Jomsviking & Choose appearance
This is up to your liking. DO NOT forget to click Assign button on screen (right below the Jomsviking’s name), otherwise changes will NOT be saved.
Old School Treasure Hunt
Collect 5 Treasure Hoard rewards (Base game only)
You will earn this Achievement once you have collected the treasure indicated in 5 of the Treasure Hoard Maps scattered throughout England & Norway. Finding these Maps counts towards the region Artifacts, and will usually point to a treasure you can find within the same region where you collected it.
-Keep in mind that only collecting the map does not count for this Achievement, you NEED to collect the treasure the map directs you to.
Once you have collected the Treasure Hoard Map, you will find the in the Inventory Bag, scrolling down to the bottom.
Hovering over each icon will tell the region the Hoard Map is for, then see its description (or see the sketch sometimes).

Skadi’s Hobby
Perform a 150m slide in the snow
This Achievement can be earned only at a specific location in Rygjafylke, Norway.
Here is a video all credits goes to Argandalf Games
Equine Attack
Assassinate an enemy from your horse
To earn this Achievement you need to assassinate an enemy while crouching on your horse.
The steps to earn this Achievement remain as shown below, but it is recommended to perform on any of the “neutral” guards that patrol the open world roads, as they do not attack on sight and you can approach them from the back and assassinate when prompted
These are some very easy steps to do it:
1. Call and mount your horse
2. Crouch on it
3. Approach one unaware enemy
4. Once you see the prompt, assassinate it from your horse.
Silent Viking
Assassinate 10 enemies in a row without triggering a conflict
You will earn this Achievement after using the Assasinate skill on 10 enemies in a row without being spotted.
There are many locations where this can be achieved, but Ravensburg in Grantebridgescire is the most recommended at the beginning. It is a location you can reach early in the game, and has several guards in positions that are favorable for this Achievement.
Having the “Chain Assassination” skill unlocked is very useful, since it allows you to assassinate 2 enemies in a row if you remain undetected. However, having this skill unlocked is not required.
It will be useful when two guards are close (but not side by side). There has to be at least a few meters gap between the 2 enemies for this to work, as otherwise the second enemy will spot you before this ability can be used.
NOTE: With the release of the Mastery Challenge DLC, this Achievement can be obtained during any of the Raven Trials, since they are stealth based and you will have more than 10 enemies to assassinate.
Overdesign II
While on fire during a fight, kill 3 hard difficulty soldiers without breaking their shields
This Achievement is really tricky, since you need to meet specific conditions and requirements for it to be earned.
These are the requirements you need to meet:
1. You need to be on fire when you kill the 3 enemies (not necessarily the entire fight, but it is recommended to do so).
2. They need to be considered “hard” enemies within the game (not the game difficulty to be “Hard”).
-For this you need to be at least 40+ points lower on your power level than the region power. Hard enemies will be inside regions that have a red skull next to the region level.
3. You cannot break the shields of these enemies, so you need to choose very carefully your attack strategy.
4. You cannot exit the “fight stance“. If they lose visual contact or the fight is interrupted for any reason, the streak will reset.
The following video might help you, all credits goes to Argandalf Games
Row Rage
Ram and destroy 5 boats in under 2 minutes with your longship (Base game only)
To earn this Achievement you need to destroy 5 boats of any kind in less than 2 minutes by ramming them with your longship (no ability/skill is needed for this).
This can be done at many locations throughout England, but it is recommended that you look for it on river areas near cities or settlements, since there will be more boats nearby.
-A good location with several boats nearby and up the river is at the docks in the city of Lincoln in Lincolnscire region.
Ramming Tips
1. Keep in mind you need to have certain speed to actually break the boats instead of just pushing them. Unfortunately, there is no speed indicator on screen for this, so you will need to visually measure the speed and you will soon get the hang of it.
2. A good strategy is to open the sail for a few seconds before ramming the boats.
3. Make sure to keep sailing forward, even if it means missing one boat, as turning your longship will take a lot of time.

We’re in the End Game Now
Reach Power 280
You will earn this Achievement after you have assigned 280 skill points on your skills tree, therefore reaching power level 280.
Every time you reach a new level, you will automatically get 2 skill points. The storyline itself will grant you 180 skill points, so you will need to level up completing more activities like:
–Killing enemies (elite enemies, the ones with the Yellow colored name tag, will grant you more XP than regular ones).
-Completing Mysteries (some of them like Standing Stones and Cairn challenges will give you 1 skill point right away).
–Raiding monasteries and looting treasure chests (also recommended to upgrade your settlement).
-Killing Members of the Order of the Ancients (including Zealots).
Keep in mind that you can reset your assigned skill points at any time and at no cost.
-You have the option to let the “fate” randomly assign your unspent skill points.
A Picture of Grace
Run through 30 breakable objects
You can earn this Achievement easily, but only after unlocking the skill “Sprint Bash” on the top right nodes of the Bear skill tree.
Once you have unlocked the skill, sprint directly towards breakable objects, such as: jars, wooden fences, wooden crates, etc.
-The 30 objects do not have to be broken in a row, as they will accumulate every time you run through them using this skill.
Home Sweet Home
Reach settlement level 6
You will earn this Achievement after reaching level 6 in your settlement, by completing storyline, purchasing all buildings in your settlement and fully upgrading them (some of the buildings need to be upgraded and some do not, you can realize a building has reached the top “level” when there is no building post at the entrance of the building location).
-There are some region story arcs, such as East Anglia, that will increase your settlement level. Only with that type of upgrades you would reach level 4 by the end of the story without building anything else yourself.
-The rest needs to be done purchasing & upgrading all buildings. You will need a lot of materials, so be sure to thoroughly raid and loot monasteries, not to have to come back because you are short on resources.
Building Resources
There are 2 types of resources needed to build or upgrade the buildings in your settlement:
Take advantage of this and make sure to use Odin Sight and Zoom In as much as possible on the map to find all the ones at any monastery you raid (they show as small yellow dots on the map), it will save you a lot of time.
You will not be able to open the chests alone, so ask for help and one of the nearby crew members will assist you.
If you raid ALL monasteries you will get exactly the amount of Raw Materials needed for ALL settlement upgrades
NOTE: Monastery Loot Chests count as Wealths, so you should naturally get them while getting Silver Completionist All the Way!

Not the Norse You’re Looking For
Successfully pass close to a guard in a distrust area by blending with a group of monks
You will earn this Achievement after passing by an enemy guard in a distrust area, while blending with a group of monks. Do not worry, as long as you blend in with the monks, they will not recognize you even if you are right next to them!
You can do this at multiple locations. The recommended one is in Wincestre, at the Fast Travel point at St. Peter´s church due to the Fast Travel point proximity to guards and group of monks.
The following are a steps and things to keep in mind while going for the Achievement:
-You need to look for religious places (churches, cathedrals, monasteries) that are within a distrust area (where the top bar is orange-ish). Usually you can find this in the main cities and monasteries.
-As you enter the distrust area, you will automatically equip your cloak. Make sure to keep it that way to avoid entering a conflict.
-Use Odin’s Sight to identify a group of monks (they will glow light blue-ish), in case you have difficulties spotting them.
-Once you are next to them, Blend in with them.
-Follow their path until you pass by some guards. As long as you remain within the group they will not see you!
Face My Might!
Equip 8 abilities
You will earn this Achievement after you equip Abilities in all your 8 ability slots. It does not mean equipping 8 different abilities, means equipping one in all you slots simultaneously: 4 melee + 4 ranged (you can change your equipped skills at any time from the Abilities tab in the Menu).
-You will get abilities from knowledge books, found on the regions as part of the Wealth items and also during the River Raids. There are 35 knowledge books on the regions, so you will get the 8 abilities required easily while going for the Completionist All the Way! Achievement.
-Abilities usually have 2 levels, which means that the first time you find a knowledge book for that ability, you will learn it. The second time you find a book of knowledge for the same ability, it will upgrade it to level 2, improving its effects.

Good Catch!
Catch a fish of each type using the fishing line
You will earn this Achievement after you have fished at least once, each of the 19 different types of fishes found in England and Norway.
Fishing Steps & Tips
The following are a few things to take into consideration for this Achievement and for fishing in general:
-It is recommended to purchase the 3 parts of “Fantastic Fishes and Where to Find Them” (Harry Potter reference here) to see in-game locations for all the fish types. Still locations will be listed below, so it is not mandatory.
-To learn the fishing skill, you need to build the Fishing Hut and speak to young Arth.
-After that, you will be able to use the Fishing Line from the action wheel.
-Use Odin Sight to see the fishes locations. They will glow for a few seconds, helping you to Aim better. In time, you will distinguish the fishes by their shape.
-It is highly recommended that you select a spot on the shore, outside of the water, or if you need to get into the river or the sea, use a boat. Fishes will react to noise and will swim away.
-After Aiming and Casting the line, wait for a nearby fish to approach the hook. You can keep using Odin Sight to see the fishes movements.
-Normally you can tell when a fish bites the hook by the splashing in water
-Once the fish is hooked reel it in. Good job.

Wrath of the Druids
All Achievement in the DLC Wrath of the Druids can be done simultaneously, however for a better structure the Achievement have been divided into 2 categories: Achievements that are tied to the story and Achievements that are tied to collectables and other game activities not related to the story.
Ireland’s Deliverance
Complete the Wrath of the Druids campaign (Wrath of the Druids).
You will earn this Achievement after completing the 18 storyline quests in the campaign of the Wrath of the Druids DLC. The campaign is different than the base game, since we do not have different sagas or questlines per region like we see in England. In this DLC, you will be visiting the 4 territories or Ireland (Dublin city, Meath, Connacht and Ulster) as you follow the main story.
Dawn of the Druids
Collect all the amber shards for Deirdre (Wrath of the Druids).
You will earn this Achievement after collecting the Amber Shards from the 10 Children of Danu (Druidic Cult equivalent to the Order of the Ancients in England).
You need to kill all 10 members: 5 of them are tied to the main storyline quests and are unmissable, while the remaining 5 need to be found in the world using clues (similar system than the Order of the Ancients members).
After you have identified a Child of Danu, yo can go to the Order tab in the Meanu and on the Child info page, press Square Mark to show the location on the map
The Achievement will pop after auto-looting the Amber Shard from the last Child of Danu, however to complete the quest for these ambers, you need to return to Deirdre to complete “Amber Sun”. Then you will receive an awesome reward:
You will fight a mythological celtic God named Balor. After defeating him you will receive an electric mythical spear “Gae Bolg” as reward and the quest will be completed.

Controlling Trade Outposts (1-2 resources of each type being produced per minute until filling up your Trade Chest in Dublin, which takes approx 50 – 60min)
King’s Maker
Complete 10 Royal Demands (Wrath of the Druids).
You will earn this Achievement by completing 10 Royal Demands that you can find in the Pigeon Coops found throughout Ireland. These are marked on the map with the icon displayed on the right.
These Royal Demands are unlocked during the story quest “War Efforts”, by the end of the first half of the storyline quests.
During the “War Efforts” quest, you will complete 3 Royal Demands already (1 of each of the 3 different types that you will receive), and during the later quest “The Northern Reach” you will complete another 3 Royal Demands (again 1 of each type) so besides these ones, you only need to complete 4 additional Royal Demands to earn the Achievement.

Return to Odin’s Camp for the first time (The Forgotten Saga)
As you fight your way through Niflheim, you will inevitably die to the enemies or perils you will find. Once you do, you will see a summary screen named “Odin’s Gain”, that will show you any Pieces of Mind (currency) and/or Unearthed Treasures (items) that you have obtained during your run and that will persist for your next ones. After that, you will be returned to Odin’s Camp to start again.

Once you complete all encounters and before heading to Hel’s boss fight, you will appear in Eignhús right in front of him. Talk to him and the Achievement will pop right away.
Note: After talking to him, you can survey his shop and will be gifted with the “Preferred Guest” favor. This Favor allows you to use the rightmost portal on any level in Helheim to reach him, not having to wait till the end, however it can only be used once per run, so do it wisely.
