“Niles! You won’t believe where I’ve ended up. I—I’ve been transported to what appears to be a post-apocalyptic desert! There’s a man in a checkered suit, and I think I was just shot in the head. I’ve got this… this… pip-boy contraption strapped to my wrist, and I haven’t found a bottle of Sherry yet! It’s all very surreal.”
S.P.E.C.I.A.L.
2. Perception: 6 – Sharp observational skills, but often distracted by his own musings.
3. Endurance: 3 – Frasier is delicate, both emotionally and physically.
4. Charisma: 8 – His silver tongue and psychological expertise are his strongest assets. (He is also the type of person to do everything possible before resorting to violence)
5. Intelligence: 9 – Frasier’s intellect is off the charts, though his lack of common sense balances this out.
6. Agility: 4 – Graceful in theory, clumsy in practice.
7. Luck: 4 – Occasionally stumbles into good fortune, but it’s not reliable.
1. Speech – Frasier thrives on persuasion and can talk his way out of (or into) trouble.
2. Barter – His ability to sound smarter than everyone helps him negotiate better deals.
3. Medicine – Reflecting his background as a psychiatrist (even though he’ll insist it’s “medicine” when it’s really just counseling).
1. Good Natured – Frasier prefers diplomacy and intellect over violence, though it doesn’t always work out.
2. Built To Destroy – The reason this fits for base game is the weapon decay of 15% (and the fact that Frasier would not know how to maintain a weapon let alone a firearm).
Optional:
3. Wild Wasteland – I mean, he kept saying he has a girlfriend but he says she is away on safari saving Galapagos turtles??? Sure Fras.
If DLC traits are available
1. Hot Blooded – Shown in multiple cases to be well maintained and then something doesn’t go his way and hell breaks lose.
2. Skilled – Helps but the negative 10% experience gained is why its lowest pick
Level 2: Swift Learner – Frasier Is an intelligent guy and hes usually picks this up pretty quickly (all be it mostly to his dismay)
Level 4: Educated – He graduated From Harvard and has not only an M.D. but a Ph.D. also.
Level 6: Free Space – There really isnt a Perk at Level 6 that fits Fras. So go back and choose what you have available. I would suggest Comprehension (again smart guy), Confirmed Bachelor (never married and by the numbers over the span of 11 seasons he pulled 57 different ladies), or Intense Training (boost whatever stat helps your style Frasier the most)
Level 8: Terrifying Presence – Okay, hear me out. Yes, I agree that the early seasons of Frasier he’s borderline spineless BUT (and its a big but). He grows through out the the coarse of the show and although hes still wimpy, He does argue and does go out on limbs/dies on hills for the people he cares for/cares for him.
Level 10: Finesse – *Explanation missing* (This is not a Fraiser Crain part of the build. If you have played New Vegas more than once, have past Level 10 before, AND DONT PICK FINESSE ON EVERY BUILD! Wrong. No elitism at all Kings and Queens, just facts).
Level 12 and Beyond – Make the build how you want it to be. Nerd Rage fits very well also Cherchez La Femme or Lady Killer (for those magic moments)
Weapons & Gear
1. .357 Revolver/Lucky or Police Pistol – Cheers S4 Ep1, ‘Birth, Death, Love and Rice”
2. Shotgun – There is not a true Double Barrel in game but the Caravan, Sawed-off or Hunting work just fine. Frasier S6 Ep16
3. Laser – Type of Weaponry he would use. Refined and elegant.
1. Formal Wear (or any Tux) – For opera nights
2. President Kimball’s Suit – Cleanest Suit in the Mojave
3. Benny’s Suit – 2nd cleanest suit in the Mojave
4. Ambassador Crockers Suit – 3rd cleanest in the Mojave & closest to his early brown suits like in “Leapin’ Lizards”
5. Naughty Nightwear & Sexy Sleepwear – Has been shown wearing multiple robes but literally S7Ep3 or the Skiing lodge episode
Club Affiliations
2. White Gloves – The only refined place in 100 miles besides the Lucky 38 Penthouse! Frasier would 1000% be fiending and do anything to get in. That is until they ask him to prepare dinner.
3. Followers – Hes a Dr.
1. Veronica – A perfect counterpart, as her bubbly personality contrasts with Frasier’s pompousness. (Also strangely looks a little like his ex wife Lilith)
2. Raul – Snappy and sassy counterpart that helps negate weapon decay by perks.
3. ED-E – A sophisticated floating butler/fridge. You are gonna need someone to hold the Sherry (Wine) and Brahman Wellington.
