Sorry We’re Closed — WIP
Sorry We’re Closed is a retro-stylistic survival horror game featuring a total of 64 achievements. This is a work-in-progress guide and will be updated along the way.
Parts of this walkthrough may contain spoilers for various achievements and endings, please, keep this in mind. I have spoilered out items that I thought would be big spoils, but there may be occasional small things throughout.
I recommend playing the game first to see where you go, but i’ll go ahead and mark the days and location visited to help with achievement. The game is split up into days and will be called by such here on out.
Day 0 – Start of the game before going to sleep for the first time.
Day 1 – Subway day.
Day 2 – Aquarium day.
Day 3 – Crypt day.
Day 4 – Final day.

Story Related
Have a restless night. Achieved after the first day.
Complete the Underground Station. Achieved when you leave the station.
Complete the Aquarium. Achieved when you leave the aquarium.
Complete Crypt. Achieved when you leave the crypt.
Complete Palace. Achieved when you leave the palace (Dream Eater’s world).
Catch up with Robyn on the roof. Achieved after the Palace when you go to your apartments.
Complete Hotel. Achieved at the end of the game.
Finish the game. Achieved no matter the ending.

Dailies

Examine every door in the apartments on the way to your room.
You can complete this the very first time you enter the apartments on Day 0, just check every door including the roof on your way up. The ones on the ground floor behind Darrel and Clarissa do not need to be checked. Total of 13 doors.
Discover all of Marty’s demon facts.
Talk with Marty every day and go through all dialogue options.

Side Quest
Try to pass Darrel three times in the stairwell.
On Day 0, you will see him outside your door. Continue to attempt to walk past him until you unlock the achievement.
Appreciate all sofas in Dream Eater’s lounge.
Day 0. Once Dream Eater asks you to relax there are 5 main couches 4 in that area and 1 in the starting area plus the 4-piece center. I sat on every edge of the center and the achievement unlocked after I spoke with Dream Eater again.
Give opposing advice to Darrel or Chamuel on the second day.
Feed the Shadowy Figure an item that he craves.
The very first and easiest item is the mouldy sandwich where Robyn is in the subway.
Feed the Shadowy Figure all items that he craves.
I will list all the locations for you and when they must be given:
Mouldy Sandwich in the Subway before getting on the subway train.
Frozen Fish in the Aquarium before you fight Madison.
Mummified Cat in the Crypt in one of the rooms along the stairs.
Find one of Chef Armando’s desired ingredients.
The very first one will be the hot sauce found in the aquarium in a side room.
Find all of Chef Armando’s desired ingredients.
All of these must be given before the final day. I will list them here for you:
Pickles in the Subway.
Hot Sauce in the Aquarium.
Sourdough Starter in the Crypt.
Wear a dress to dinner.
Talk with Stacy on the final day to obtain the dress. It will automatically be put on if you obtained it before you progress.
Talk to the repenting demon each day.
You can find him in the church to the left of Benedict. Just speak to him every day.

Choices
Saved from the Dream Eater.
Achieved if you die while running from Dream Eater on Day 0.
Escape from the Dream Eater.
Achieved if you do not die while running from Dream Eater on Day 0. He will attack when he is close to you and you must just dodge by moving away. Keep on trying and make sure to save BEFORE talking to Dream Eater a 4th time in the Library. You will know you did it right when you exit out of a door.
Tell Darrel to give Oakley his gift later.
Tell Darrel to give Oakley his gift right away.
Repair Darrel and Oakley’s relationship.
You will need to choose every option that benefits Oakley. These are: Locate Darrel for Oakley. Telling Darrel to give the gift later. Taking a photo of the recipe for Darrell.
Sabotage Darrel and Oakley’s relationship.
You will need to choose every option that hurts Oakley and Darrel. These are: No finding him for Oakley. Telling Darrel to give the gift now. Taking a photo of the body parts in the Hotel kitchen for Clarissa.

Find your first artifact.
Find half of the artifacts.
Find every artifact.
Purchase your first upgrade.
Purchase half of the upgrades.
Purchase every upgrade.
You will need Yowzas which can be obtained through selling artifacts, completing the shadowy figure’s request, and the chef quest. Unspoil to see locations and amounts earned.

Crush a critter.
Use the location guide to find them all and track them.
Crush half of the critters.
Crush every critter.
Read all of the books in Dream Eater’s Library.
Read all of the books (5) on your first encounter with Dream Eater and then read his diary on the final encounter.

Weapons, Upgrades, and Items
Drink 5 bottles of water.
Drink 20 bottles of water.
Die 5 times.
The best method for me was just letting the rat in the subway repeatedly kill me to earn both death achievements.
Get 20 perfect combos.
Get 50 perfect combos.
Kill 10 enemies with the axe.
Kill 30 enemies with the axe.
Defeat a boss without using the pistol or shotgun.
Kill 10 enemies with the pistol.
Kill 50 enemies with the pistol.
Kill an enemy with a Heartbreaker shot.
Kill 20 enemies with Heartbreak shots.
Use a Heartbreak shot on an enemy that only has one weak point.
The easiest way to do this is use it on one of the rats you come across.
Kill 10 enemies with the shotgun.
Kill 30 enemies with the shotgun.
Get a 6 star rank on one level.
Not sure what aids in rank aside from death count, time spent on a level, and accuracy.
Get a 6 star rank on every level.

Endings
Complete Chamuel’s Ending
Deliver Chamuel’s letter to Postman Creed.
Save Chamuel’s Relationship
In order to do this you need to do a few key things: ** Under Construction **
First you need to speak to Chamuel and Beloved when you leave the Church.
Leave the area and go back when Chamuel is alone and speak with him again about love. You’ll need to side with him and understand. When you receive his letter deliver it to Postman Creed which will unlock an achievement as well.

Obtaining these achievements means giving up on Chamuel’s ending.
Deliver Chamuel’s letter to Beloved.
End Chamuel’s relationship. Progress the game as normal after delivering the letter to Beloved.

Complete Robyn’s Ending.
Free Benedict from his post.
For Robyn’s ending it’s pretty simple and most likely the one most people would end up getting:
Robyn will be there and lead you through the entire game. Always choose options that help her and Benedict. They will ask for help and you can of course, agree to help them. The main trigger for this is giving the key in the crypt to Robyn at the end.
Obtaining these achievements means giving up on Robyn’s ending.
Read the Duchess’s diary.
When you are in the crypt, keep the key for youself and do not give it to Robyn. Use it later in the hotel to go into the Duchess’s bedroom and read her diary.
Watch all episodes of Dying Petals.
While this may not seem like an ‘ending’ related achievement, it does require you to keep the key in order to access the final episode. You can find all the episodes here:

Located in the library by the entrance doors.
Critter 1 – Subway
Located in the side room at the entrance of the subway where you speak to Robyn.
Artifact 2 – Statue of Mercy – Subway
Located through the first subway door inside of a breakable crate.
Critter 2– Subway
Located past the rising gate and to the right around a corner you’ll see it on the ground.
