Welcome to ‘Deep the Game: 100% Achievement Guide’! In this guide, we will cover all the achievements in the game and provide you with tips and strategies to help you unlock them. Whether you’re a new player or a seasoned gamer, this guide will provide you with all the necessary details to conquer even the most challenging achievements. Let’s dive in!
Prologue
- Repetitive, self-explanatory achievements
- Simple, non-repetitive achievements
- Secret or challenging achievements
This guide will list each achievement’s title, icon, and the requirement to unlock. If it is an achievement that has relevant specific information, it will also be included.
Don’t bother grinding out the repetitive, self-explanatory achievements unless you’ve already gotten all the others. Odds are, you’ll get them anyway as you try to get the other ones.
Kill Enemies
- Hunter – Kill 25 enemies.
- Killer – Kill 50 enemies.
- Executioner – Kill 100 enemies.
- Slayer – Kill 200 enemies.
- Beast – Kill 500 enemies.
Kill Enemies (Specific Method)
- Archer – Kill 100 enemies with your bow and arrow.
- Bow Master – Kill 250 enemies with your bow and arrow.
- Fighter – Kill 100 enemies with your melee attack.
- Melee Master – Kill 250 enemies with your melee attack.
Note: Only the attack that finishes off the enemy matters. This means for the melee achievements, you can weaken the enemies to 1 HP with the bow, then go for the kill with the melee attack.
Collect Gold
- Finder – Collect 500 gold.
- Collector – Collect 1,000 gold.
- Thief – Collect 2,000 gold.
- Robber – Collect 5,000 gold.
- Mafia – Collect 10,000 gold.
Jump
- Jumper – Jump 1,000 times.
- Parkour Master – Jump 5,000 times.
Wave Survival Milestones
- Overture – Reach wave 6.
- Appetizer – Reach wave 11.
- Slime Flambé – Reach wave 16.
- Caveman – Reach wave 21.
By moving to the edge of each map and prioritizing killing bats, you can relatively safely clean up the slimes with the bow.
Chapter Completion
- Survivor – Beat Chapter 1.
- Into the Dark – Beat Chapter 2.
- Escape the Flames – Beat Chapter 3.
- Defrosted – Beat Chapter 4.
Other (Simple, Non-Repetitive)
- Barely Alive – Finish 10 levels with 1 HP.
- Focus – Finish 5 levels without taking damage.
- Sharp Situation – Die to spikes 50 times.
Specific / Secret
- Shex – Get hit by bats 6 times in one level.
- Detective – Find the hidden area in Chapter 1.
- Sanctuary – Find the hidden area in Chapter 3.
For the Shex achievement, go to level 16 in Chapter 1. Play on Normal difficulty. You will start with 3 HP, and there will be 3 HP pickups across the stage. If you allow yourself to be hit by bats before picking up the HP, you will have just enough HP for the achievement.
For the Detective achievement, head to level 12 in Chapter 1. Once you get to about three-quarters through the stage, you should be able to follow the arrow in the screenshot below. Once you’re up there, go up through the hole in the ceiling.
For the Sanctuary achievement, head to level 13 in Chapter 3. Right at the end of the stage, you should see some burning platforms above you. On the right hand-side, there will be a small gap you can climb through to reach the secret area.
Low / No Death Chapter Run
- Positive KDR – Complete a chapter with less than 20 deaths.
- ZerØ Deaths – Complete a chapter without dying.
The difficulty you play on doesn’t matter for these achievements. Thus, you can set the difficulty to Easy to best set yourself for success.
Personally, I found Chapter 3 to be the easiest and most consistent for completing this achievement. Assuming you too will be playing on Easy, here are some things you can do to save time or be more consistent.
On level 3, you can skip nearly the entire level with the route depicted below.
On level 9, you can force your way through the spikes with invulnerability frames to skip a large portion of the level as depicted below.
You can also enter the Chapter 3 secret area on level 13, which will allow you to safely skip level 14 (the game will put you on level 15 if you go through it, thereby allowing you to skip level 14).
