This gaming guide will provide you with all the necessary information to unlock the Whiskey-Four achievement and its corresponding epilogues. Follow these tips and strategies to conquer this achievement and complete your gaming experience.
Introduction
In the final part, the game splits in two based on the number of delays. They are mutually exclusive and offer different achievements. Due to this, I will be detailing how to achieve the five different levels of delay in 10.1 and 10.2. Achievements may seem out of order, but I have ordered them under their respective split. For clarity: if you see an achievement you need under 10.1, click 10.1 follow instructions, then follow your desired achievement instructions. The achievements possible in both routes are under the epilogue guide section.
The three hidden achievements are at the bottom, under all the epilogues.
A note on gender and names: if there is mention of Uly’s gender or the player’s gender in the story it will be referred to as a person instead of a man/woman. This also applies to pronouns which will be they/them/theirs. If you are searching for a specific line and cannot find it, try searching it between selectable gendered terms.
Have fun!

Shōnin does not have a flirt variable because he only likes specific people. If you do not appeal to him then the flirt stat is 0. If you rebuff him when he compliments you because you appeal to him then the flirt stat is 0. You will know if you appeal when you are prompted with the below text in Chapter 25.
Speaking of who appeals to him:
– Men who look young (face option one) and are small or average (body option one or two). (For the nerds, face = 0 and body = <2)

Achievement 10: Casualties of War
Sorry Olivia…
Achievements 10 and Achievement 11 cannot be attained together in one play-through.
There are two ways Mendez can die. Both rely on whether you raised police anger above 0 at any point. If so, they will have heavier firepower onboard. I am going to list every opportunity you have for raising police anger, you only need one.
Chapter 4:
When prompted with “Driver’s free hand creeps to the door handle. He meets your eye and flourishes his knife, as if asking for permission.”
Select:
You nod. Whatever it takes.
Chapter 18:
When prompted with “Already? ♥♥♥♥.”
Select:
You raise your rifle and open fire. (This option will not be available unless you have a rifle; to attain a rifle see Achievement 4.)
When prompted with “Five police officers are rushing toward you, pistols drawn.”
Select:
Without breaking your run, you raise your rifle and fire. (This option will not be available unless you have a rifle; to attain a rifle see Achievement 4.)
Chapter 30:
When prompted with “Mendez grips the door. You face the oncoming police and shoot with near-superhuman speed and precision, aiming to…”
Select:
…kill (This option will only cause police anger to rise if you do not have a rifle. To miss the rifle follow Achievement 3.)
When prompted with “Then, dead ahead, you see a patrol car speeding toward you, sirens blaring.”
Select:

Or, You intend to drive off the chopper and buy some time.
Achievement 11: All in One Piece
Better with me than against me.
Achievements 10 and Achievement 11 cannot be attained together in one play-through.
Mendez has three ways to survive this encounter. First is through never angering the police. Second is through obtaining a rifle. Third is through using the phosphorous grenade. I will explain all below along with their potential prerequisite achievements. Please select one route.
First: Police Anger
If the police anger is at 0 then they will not bring extra firepower. Below are all options to avoid gaining police anger, followed by the affected choices in the Mendez death encounter. You must select all of the below choices.
Chapter 4:
When prompted with “Driver’s free hand creeps to the door handle. He meets your eye and flourishes his knife, as if asking for permission.”

Or, You intend to drive off the chopper and buy some time.
Second: Rifle

Even better than cartoons!
Requirement: Achievement 11
Chapter 32:
Automatically unlocked when Mendez and Olivia reunite during this chapter.
Achievement 13: The Lieutenant’s Priorities
Don’t you want me, baby?
Requirement: Attracted to women = true, Achievement 11
Chapter 29:
When prompted with “The anger in her eyes flicks to confusion, and then to awe.”
Select:
You smile wide. “Most people usually ask permission before hitting.”
Chapter 32:
After Mendez says, “Give me a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ gun. I’ll shoot it open,”
Select:
You give her shoulder a reassuring squeeze. “Hey. We’ve got your back. You need to stay calm for me.”
When prompted with “You recover your backpack and say…”
Select:
I offer her a winning, flirtatious smile. “Speechless, huh?”
Chapter 33:
If you chose any of the above choices then the option to trigger this achievement will be available.
When prompted with “Your eyes follow the girl as she sings softly to herself. The streets are still populated, but the adults around her pay her no attention, and she pays them none in return.”
Select:
In the oddly peaceful silence, you can feel a…tension form between you and the lieutenant.
Achievement 14: All’s Fair in Love and War
Bring a knife to a fistfight.
To achieve this, do not lose the knife earlier in the game which has two routes. Following this will be the two choices that trigger the achievement.
First: Fight
See Achievement 4 for more details
Chapter 17:
When prompted with Fight or Flight?
Select Fight:
No choice matters until prompted with “Simply put, you’re not shooting your way out of this one.”
Select:
Your hand drifts toward the grenade in your pocket. Whatever it takes.
Second: Fight, Flight
See Achievement 3 for more details
Chapter 17:
When prompted with Fight or Flight?
Select Fight:
No choice matters until prompted with “Simply put, you’re not shooting your way out of this one.”
Select:
You scan for escape routes.
Both routes proceed.
Chapter 39:
When prompted with “On impulse…”
Select either:
…you bring your foot down and smash the radio.
Or, …you reach down and answer the call.
No choices matter until prompted with “And the massive guard turns to you with fury in his eyes, and charges. You…”
Select:
…draw Castle’s knife.
Achievement 15: Unbroken
Clever.
Achievements 15, 16, and 17 cannot be attained in the same play through. All are mutually exclusive.
Technically, you can have some injuries for this achievement, but I will list all the ways to avoid any. This involves tracking multiple variables across a few parts, please excuse the length.
Part 1:
Chapter 4:
When prompted with “One throws a hand up to block you.”
Select:
(Dependent on your selected body size)
If you are large select, You slam into the lead officer with all your weight.
If you are small or average select, You duck down and keep running.
(For the nerds, large = 2, average = 1, small = 0. Also their corresponding option order when a player selected their body size).
Part 2:
Chapter 10:
When Beard says, “We’ll need to check the bag, too.”
Select:
You remain calm and say, “Yup. No skin off my back.”
Part 4:
Chapter 17:
When prompted with “And then a grenade is tossed down the stairwell.”
Select either:
You dive for the ground.
Or, You turn around and sprint for cover.
Chapter 18:
When prompted with “They don’t need a direct hit to kill you. They just need to get lucky.”
(Dependent on your selected body size)
If you are large select, You dart for the perimeter fence, intending to hoist yourself over it.
If you are small or average select, You rush for a low gap in the fence, intending to slide under it.
When escaping the train there are two routes to avoid injury. See the end for my suggestion.
First: Rifle
Requirement: Achievement 4, to attain the rifle.
When selecting your escape.
Select:
You ready your rifle. Just like shooting clays…
Second: Grenade
Requirement: Achievement 3, to retain the phosphorus grenade.
When selecting your escape.
Select:
You reach for the grenade. Whatever it takes…
Part 9:
Chapter 39:
When answering the agent’s radio and prompted with “On impulse…”
Select:
…you kick the device over to Castle.
Chapter 41:
When prompted with “You reach for…”
Select either:
…one of your flashbangs.
Or, …your phosphorus grenade. Restricts Achievement 33 when using grenade
If your injuries are between 0-2 by the end of this chapter then this achievement will trigger.
As mentioned, you can have a of couple injuries and still get this achievement. Getting Achievement 4 or using the grenade restricts Achievement 33. My suggestion is to get Achievement 3, then select: You mentally plot out an escape route, when escaping the train. You will gain 2 injuries but this achievement triggers between 0-2 injuries. This will increase delays but it is better than losing the grenade.
Achievement 16: Still Standing
Looking like a true survivor.
Achievements 15, 16, and 17 cannot be attained in the same play through. All are mutually exclusive.
Many different combinations to achieve this. You need to gain 3-5 injuries throughout the game so far. I will list every opportunity to gain injuries along with how much they increase your total (some increase it by 2). After you have reached the achievement threshold switch back to the Achievement 15 guide to avoid further injuries.
Part 1:
Chapter 4:
When prompted with “One throws a hand up to block you.”
Select:
(Dependent on your selected body size)
If you are small or average select, You slam into the lead officer with all your weight. (+ 2 Injuries)
If you are large select, You duck down and keep running. (+ 2 Injuries)
(For the nerds, large = 2, average = 1, small = 0. Also their corresponding option order when a player selected their body size).
Part 2:
Chapter 10:
When Beard says, “We’ll need to check the bag, too.”
Select:
“Is that so?” you reply. And then you strike him over the head with Castle’s laptop.
When prompted with “You throw off the shock, only to be greeted with the sight of Beard’s fist flying down at you.”
Select:
(Dependent on your selected body size)
If you are small or average select, You reach out to catch the strike. (+ 1 Injury)
If you are large select, You duck. (+ 1 Injury)
Part 4:
Chapter 17:
When prompted with “And then a grenade is tossed down the stairwell.”
Select:
You dart forward and kick it. (+ 1 Injury)
Chapter 18:
When prompted with “They don’t need a direct hit to kill you. They just need to get lucky.”
(Dependent on your selected body size)
If you are small or average select, You dart for the perimeter fence, intending to hoist yourself over it. (+ 1 Injury)
If you are large select, You rush for a low gap in the fence, intending to slide under it. (+ 1 Injury)
When escaping the train there is one route to gain injury. See the end for my suggestion.
When selecting your escape.
Select:
You mentally plot out an escape route. (+ 2 Injuries)
Part 9:
Chapter 39:
When answering the agent’s radio and prompted with “On impulse…”
Select either:
…you bring your foot down and smash the radio.
Or, …you reach down and answer the call.
When fighting Silas and prompted with “And the massive guard turns to you with fury in his eyes, and charges. You…”
Select either:
…dive for your gun. Silence be damned, you need to shoot this bastard. (+ 3 Injuries)
Or, …focus on protecting yourself. Castle will be here soon. All you need to do is survive. (+ 1 Injury)
Or, …focus on taking out this bastard before he can do the same to you. (+ 2 Injuries)
Chapter 41:
When prompted with “You reach for…”
Select:
…one of Driver’s Molotovs. (+ 1 Injury tier, careful) (For the nerds, injuries total and then get put into tiers. Most opportunities will increase those totals. In contrast, this choice increases the tier. For example, Achievement 16 is first tier which is gained when injury totals are between 3-5. If at this point you have 3-5 injuries and selected this choice then you would progress to second tier. This would opt you out of this achievement and instead, you would trigger Achievement 17).
If your injuries are between 3-5 and you are in first injury tier by the end of this chapter then this achievement will trigger. (For explanations on injury tiers see the above spoiler, if you would rather not read all that then do not use a Molotov).
The other routes will require the use of the phosphorus grenade as detailed in Achievement 15. My suggestion is to gain 2 of your injuries in the train escape and then use any other opportunities to gain 1-3 more.
Achievement 17: The Razor’s Edge
May your woes be many and your days few.
Achievements 15, 16, and 17 cannot be attained in the same play through. All are mutually exclusive.
Apologies for the repetition, but I am going to relist every opportunity to gain injuries that I documented in the previous achievement. To attain this achievement have more than 5 injuries.
Part 1:
(+ 1 Injury tier) If you are curious, please see the explanation in the previous achievement about injury tiers. Selecting this option is not necessary for this achievement nor should you be cautious about selecting it if you want to.
If your injuries are more than 5 by the end of this chapter then this achievement will trigger.
Achievement 18: A Bond Forged By Blood
Two lucky winners, jackpot!
This requires two points of Uly Affection. In Achievement 5, every option to gain points up to Chapter 19 is documented. You must have shown interest in those previous chapters for this achievement because any options in further chapters that raise Affection require at least two points themselves.
Chapter 44:
After making it out of your side of the Casino and if you have two or more points Affection points, Uly will say your real name and looks you over for injuries.
Select:
You pull them in for a quick kiss.
10.1: On Time
This may be a little tricky to explain. From Chapter 40 to Chapter 43 there are two thresholds you can be between. First, have 0-5 delays, second, have 6-10 delays. Then, in Chapter 44 have less than 7 delays. To clarify, the delay counter is consistent, it does not reset in Chapter 44. That chapter is separated because a new variable is introduced. Again, the least amount of delays the better.
For clarity:
Variable one (Chapter 40 to Chapter 43): Threshold first(0-5)/second(6-10)
Variable two (Chapter 44): Threshold first(less than 7)/second(7 or more)
Injuries also have a major impact on the amount of delays. To have the least amount of injuries follow Achievement 15.
Chapter 40:
If you let Castle use the radio (see Achievement 15) you will come across this option.
When prompted with “Night has fallen, but you’ll keep back the dark with fire.”
Select:
You draw a flashbang. “We’re doing this like Yalumia-Six.” Future choices will require flashbangs which will not be available if you choose to use it here. More flashbangs can be attained through Achievement 4.
Choosing to not use a flashbang grants (+ 1 Delay).
If you saved Mendez you will come across this option.
When prompted with “She isn’t caring about collateral. Not with Uvarov.”
Select either:
You’re not, either. Trying to pick your targets will slow you down.
Or, You’re not, either. This is vengeance for Callan and Ekker.
Choosing one of the other options grants (+ 1 Delay)
If you were not able to save Mendez you will be granted (+ 3 Delays). To find out how to save her see Achievement 11.
If you lost Mendez you will come across this option.
When prompted with “The stampede has left many scrambling for weapons knocked out of their hands, and others are unwilling to fire at risk of hitting their comrades.”
Select either:
You, however, have no such apprehensions. Trying to pick your targets will slow you down.
Or, You, however, aim for the crowd, seeking vengeance for Mendez, Ekker, and all the others they’ve killed.
Choosing one of the other options grants (+ 1 Delay)
Directly following this,
Select either:
You place the barrel of your shotgun around the corner and hose the hallway with slugs.
Or, You draw a flashbang off your belt.
Choosing the other option grants (+ 1 Delay)
Chapter 41:
If at any point in the previous chapter you used your shotgun, you will be granted (+ 1 Delay). You will know if you did if the text reads “But your weapon only lets out a hollow click.”
When prompted with “A Molotov would preserve your resources, but there’s a definite chance you’d end up hurt. You reach for…”
Select either:
…one of Driver’s Molotovs. (+ 2 Delays, + 1 Injury tier) I explained the injury system in depth in Achievement 16. In short, if you choose this you will progress to the next level of injury. If you were minimal you become medial, medial to maximal.
Or, …one of your flashbangs. (+ 1 Delay)
Or, …your phosphorus grenade.
Tier 0: If your injuries are minimal as navigated by Achievement 15 then you will be granted (+ 0 Delay).
Tier 1: If your injuries are medial as navigated by Achievement 16 then you will be granted (+ 1 Delays).
Tier 2: If your injuries are maximal as navigated by Achievement 17 then you will be granted (+ 3 Delays).
Tier 3+: If your injuries are above maximal as navigated by Achievement 17 and then increasing your Injury tier then you will be grated (+ 5 Delays).
Chapter 42:
When prompted with “You hear commanding voices barking, trying to restore order to the crowd. Police, most likely.”
Select either:
(Dependent on your injury level)
If your injuries are minimal select, You try and trace the gunman’s position by the trajectory of the ejected casings—hoping your eyes aren’t too exhausted to pick out the finer details. (+ 1 Delay)
If your injuries are medial and above select, You prop yourself up and wait for the enemy to blow his cover. It’ll take a while, but it’s the least risky move. (+ 3 Delays)
Or, there is a way to trade delays for injuries select, You dart forward, counting on Uly and Driver to cover you. Extremely risky, but fortune favors the bold. (- 1 Delay, + 1 Injury tier)
Chapter 43:
The time has come to count for this variable. If your delays are between 0-5, then you are in the first threshold. If your delays are between 6-10, then you are in the second threshold. I would recommend keeping track of what threshold you are. If you have exceeded these values then you will not continue in this split. Continue Chapter 44 in 10.2 instead.
Chapter 44:
When prompted with “Your comrades are too far away to coordinate an attack. You act on raw instinct and…”
Select:
…draw a flashbang.
Choosing one of the other options grants (+ 1 Delay)
When prompted with “You dart ahead of the Marine and…”
Select:
…sweep left.
When prompted with “Your head slams against the plastic walls, over and over again. Stars flicker in the corner of your vision. Your waterlogged backpack throws off your center of mass.”
Select either:
You clutch your shotgun as tightly as you can. (+ 1 Delay)
Or, You let go of your jammed, useless gun and focus on protecting yourself.
When prompted with “You’re safe under the waves, but should you surface, you’ll be cut in half. But you also can’t stay below for very long without drowning.”
Select either:
(Dependent on if you used or dropped the shotgun)
If you did not use or drop the shotgun select, You swim toward the edge of the pool, intending to engage and eliminate the gunner.
If you did use or drop the shotgun select, ♥♥♥♥ the gunner. I’m going straight for the door. (+ 2 Delays)
Or, You reach for the thermal grenade on your belt. Phosphorus burns, waterlogged or not. (- 3 Delays)
When prompted with “Maybe the extra speed is worth ditching it.”
Select either:
You sling it off your shoulders and leave it behind.
Or, You grit your teeth and silently bear its weight. (Injury tier = added Delay. For example, minimal injury is 0 which equals + 0 Delay). (Minimal = 0, + 0 Delay. Medial = 1, + 1 Delays. Etc. See Chapter 41 for tiers).
If you dropped the shotgun during any of the previous encounters you will be granted (+ 2 Delays).
When prompted with “You tap him twice on the shoulder. He presses forward.”
Select either:
Damn the enemy, you’re seeking cover first and foremost. Omarov can only provide so much protection. (+ 1 Delay)
Or, You pull out one of your flashbangs. (- 1 Delay)
Time to count once again. Count how many delays you gained in this chapter. If you have 7 or less total delays then you are in the first threshold for this variable. If you have 8 or more then you are in the second threshold. If you reached the second threshold for both variables then you will not continue in this split. Continue to the achievements under 10.2 instead.
Take note of what threshold was reached.
For example:
Variable one: Threshold first/second
Variable two: Threshold first/second
Achievement 20: A Hijacking Prevented
Alright, where’s the off switch?
Chapter 44:
Automatically unlocked when reaching the split. If you did not achieve this check if you unlocked Achievement 19 instead.
Achievement 21: Save the Skipper
World’s Okayest Captain.
Chapter 44:
If you have 5/5 timeliness, achieved by reaching first threshold in both variables (as explained in the 10.1 section) then Jakub will be alive. Essentially having minimal delays automatically triggers this achievement.
Achievement 27: Ruthless
Got somewhere better to be?
Cannot be earned alongside Achievements 29, 30, 32, and 33.
Chapter 45:
When prompted with “If you pursue it, though, there’s a very good chance you’ll end up on a casualty list—or at least your alias will.”
Select:
“We’ve done our part. Let’s get to a mustering station before it comes back to ♥♥♥♥ us up.”
When prompted with “The sight of your combined firepower is enough to make the two men hesitate.”
Select:
You shoot them both.
Achievement 30: Saint James Infirmary
You like jazz?
Requirement: Never use the phosphorus grenade. I trust you can tell when the chances to use the grenade present themselves. You can never lose the grenade only use it, so all chances to use it are conscious.
Cannot be earned alongside Achievements 27 and 28.
Chapter 45:
When prompted with “If you pursue it, though, there’s a very good chance you’ll end up on a casualty list—or at least your alias will.”
Select:
“I’m not leaving this ship until the Anomaly is gone.”
When prompted with “You know this with complete certainty.”
Select:
You reach for your phosphorus grenade. Whatever it takes.
This achievement will trigger multiple pages after using the phosphorus grenade.
Achievement 32: Overachiever
Zero to hero.
Cannot be earned alongside Achievements 27 and 28.
Jakub and Mendez can both be dead. You need to save the ship and live after facing the anomaly. For the ship to be saved, you need 4/5 or 5/5 timeliness. Based on your thresholds in both variables (as explained in the 10.1 section).
5/5 timeliness is achieved by reaching first threshold in both variables.
4/5 timeliness is achieved by reaching first threshold in the first variable and second threshold in the second variable.
To have desirable timeliness follow the instructions in 10.1.
To face the anomaly and live follow the instructions in Achievement 30.
Chapter 46:
After meeting Proctor and speaking with your allies the achievement will trigger.
Achievement 33: Perfect Run
I knew you could do it!
Cannot be earned alongside Achievement 27 and 28.
Jakub and Mendez need to both be alive. You need to face the anomaly and live. The ship needs to be considered saved which is achieved if Jakub is alive.
I recommend following the guides in Achievement 3, 11, 15, 21, and 30. If you have achieved all of these then the achievement will trigger.
Chapter 46:
During your debrief with Proctor this achievement will be unlocked.
10.2: Delayed
This may be a little tricky to explain. From Chapter 40 to Chapter 43 there are two thresholds you can be between. Second, have 6-10 delays, third, have more than 10 delays. Then, in Chapter 44 if you reached first threshold before then have 5 or more delays. If you reached second threshold before then reach any level of delay in this chapter. Chapter 44 is separated because a new variable is introduced.
For clarity:
Variable one (Chapter 40 to Chapter 43): Threshold second(6-10)/third(10 or more)
Variable two if you reached second threshold before (Chapter 44): Threshold first(0-6)/second(7 or more)
Variable two if you reached third threshold before (Chapter 44): Threshold first(0-4)/second(5 or more)
Warning: Spoiler, but if you want achievements in this split besides hidden Achievement 34 do not get every delay possible. In short, do not reach third threshold in variable one and reach 10 or more delays during variable two. You will not be able to progress further.
Injuries also have a major impact on the amount of delays. To control your injuries follow guides in Achievement 15, 16, and 17 depending on how many you want.
Chapter 40:
If you let Castle use the radio (see Achievement 15) you will come across this option.
When prompted with “Night has fallen, but you’ll keep back the dark with fire.”
Select either:
“Weapons hot.” (+ 1 Delay)
Or, “Save the CEO for questioning. The rest don’t matter.” (+ 1 Delay)
Or, “Aim for the gunmen first.” (+ 1 Delay)
If you saved Mendez you will come across this option.
When prompted with “She isn’t caring about collateral. Not with Uvarov.”
Select either:
You, however, are more precise. You don’t want to run out of ammo. (+ 1 Delay)
Or, You, however, are more precise. Mowing down unarmed folk, even if they are guilty, doesn’t sit well with you. (+ 1 Delay)
If you were not able to save Mendez you will be granted (+ 3 Delays).
If you lost Mendez you will come across this option.
When prompted with “The stampede has left many scrambling for weapons knocked out of their hands, and others are unwilling to fire at risk of hitting their comrades.”
Select either:
It opens up a chance to be more precise in your shots. You don’t want to run out of ammo. (+ 1 Delay)
Or, It opens up a chance to be more precise in your shots. Mowing down these unarmed and defenseless folk, even if they are guilty, doesn’t sit well with you. (+ 1 Delay)
Directly following this,
Select either:
If you used your shotgun in the last choice select, You place the barrel of your shotgun around the corner and hose the hallway with slugs. (+ 2 Delays)
Or, “Driver, give them a Molotov!” (+ 1 Delay)
(+ 1 Delay)
If your injuries are medial or maximal select, You try and trace the gunman’s position by the trajectory of the ejected casings—hoping your eyes aren’t too exhausted to pick out the finer details. (+ 4 Delays)
If your injuries are minimal select, You prop yourself up and wait for the enemy to blow his cover. It’ll take a while, but it’s the least risky move. (+ 3 Delays)
Chapter 43:
The time has come to count for this variable. If your delays are between 5-10, then you are in the second threshold. If your delays are more than 10, then you are in the third threshold. I would recommend keeping track of what threshold you are. If you are under these values then you will not continue in this split. Continue Chapter 44 in 10.1 instead.
Chapter 44:
When prompted with “Your comrades are too far away to coordinate an attack. You act on raw instinct and…”
Select either:
…roll left, under the rope fence and into the lazy river. The water can cover your assault. (+ 1 Delay)
Or, …dart right, aiming to reunite with Driver and push from there. (+ 1 Delay)
When prompted with “You dart ahead of the Marine and…”
Select:
…sweep right. (+ 1 Delay)
If you did use or drop the shotgun select, You swim toward the edge of the pool, intending to engage and eliminate the gunner. (+ 3 Delays)
If you did not use or drop the shotgun select, ♥♥♥♥ the gunner. I’m going straight for the door. (+ 2 Delays)
When prompted with “Maybe the extra speed is worth ditching it.”
Select:
You grit your teeth and silently bear its weight.
Select:
Damn the enemy, you’re seeking cover first and foremost. (+ 1 Delay)
Time to count once again. Count how many delays you gained in this chapter. Again, sorry this is tricky. If you reached second threshold in variable one and gained 0-6 you are first threshold for this variable; 7 or more you are second threshold. If you reached third threshold in variable one and gained 0-4 you are first threshold for this variable; 5 or more you are second threshold. If you reach the second threshold for variable one and first threshold for variable two then you will not continue in this split. Continue to the achievements under 10.1 instead.
Take note of what threshold was reached.
For example:
Variable one: Threshold second/third
Variable two: Threshold first/second
Achievement 19: A Moment Too Late
Fashionably, of course.
Chapter 44:
Automatically unlocked when reaching the split. If you did not achieve this check if you unlocked Achievement 20 instead.
Achievement 22: Low-Space
Try putting it in reverse.
Achievements 22 and Achievement 23 cannot be attained together in one play-through.
Chapter 44:
Required to have 2/5 timeliness, achieved by reaching second threshold in both variables or third threshold in variable one and first threshold in variable two (as explained in the 10.2 section). Essentially, having low-medial delays will unlock this achievement.
Achievement 23: Under-Space
Anomaly family reunion!
Achievements 22 and Achievement 23 cannot be attained together in one play-through.
Chapter 44:
Required to have 1/5 timeliness, achieved by reaching third threshold in variable one and second threshold in variable two (as explained in the 10.2 section). Essentially, having maximal delays will unlock this achievement.
Achievement 25: The Enemy of My Enemy
Are obsessive exes not your thing?
Achievements 25 and Achievement 26 cannot be attained together in one play-through.
This requires 0-1 points of Uly Affection. I will list all the ways to avoid Affection points.
Chapter 13:
When prompted with “And phosphorus can slow down the things that shouldn’t be.”
Select either:
You shake your head. “Not this one.”
Or, You take some comfort in the weapons laid in front of you. “We’ll see.”
Chapter 14:
When prompted with “You run a hand over the outline of the grenade.”
Select either:
They won’t take you. Nor will Uvarov. Nobody will. You’ll make sure of it.
Or, if Uly is a man select Men can be killed. Ulysses is no exception.
Or, if Uly is a woman select People can be killed. Ulyssa is no exception.
Chapter 19:
When reunited at the beginning of the chapter and prompted with “Seeing them alive after so long…”
Select either:
It fills you with unparalleled dread.
Or, You can’t believe it. You refuse to believe it.
Directly following this.
Select either:
“It has.”
Or, “You should be dead,” you state.
Or, “Put the pistol down,” you order. “Let’s discuss this like civilized folk.”
Or, “Are you just here to gloat? Shoot me and be done with it,” you spit.
Directly following this.
Select either:
“♥♥♥♥ you, Uly.”
Or, “Yes,” you say. “I am.”
Or, “And who the hell are you with?”
A couple of interactions later Uly will say, “Love, I think we’d both find my punishments much more pleasurable.”
Select either:
“Take a step closer, and—by God—I will throw myself off this bridge.”
Or, Your upper lip curls in disgust. “You ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ degenerate.”
Or, “Those days are long gone, Uly. Find someone else.”
Directly following this.
Select:
You pull away.
Or, You slug them.
Or, One bullet. You draw your handgun and fire.
Chapter 45:
If you are in this split and have the correct number of Affection points this will trigger. It is unlocked after reaching the engine room and engaging with the agent present.
Achievement 26: Battle Couple
Just the three of us: you, me, and the anomaly.
Achievements 25 and Achievement 26 cannot be attained together in one play-through.
This requires two points of Uly Affection. In Achievement 5, every option to gain points up to Chapter 19 is documented. You must have shown interest in those previous chapters for this achievement because any options in further chapters that raise Affection require at least two points themselves.
Chapter 45:
If you are in this split and have the correct number of Affection points this will trigger. It is unlocked after reaching the engine room and engaging with the agent present.
Achievement 31: Scapegoat
Dead man walking.
The ship needs to explode which will be achieved if you are in this split. Both 1/5 and 2/5 timeliness work for this outcome.
Chapter 46:
During your debrief with Proctor this achievement will be unlocked.
Epilogue Variables
This section contains heavy spoilers due to epilogue summaries. I also included some cleaned-up descriptions from the code.
There are fifteen epilogues as you may have noticed. They run off of two variables: “Ending” and “Proctor.” The “Ending” variable is based on your split and what you achieved during it. There are seven possible routes you could have taken:
0: Shoot yourself to avoid the anomaly (10.1, 10.2)
1: Ship explodes and you lose an arm (10.2)
2: Ship explodes (10.2)
3: Ship is damaged (10.1, 3/5)
4: Ship is undamaged and Jakub dies (10.1, 4/5)
5: Ship is undamaged and Jakub lives (10.1, 5/5)
6: Ship is safe but you disappear (10.1)
Secondly, is the “Proctor” variable. If your ending is 1-2, then Proctor is 0. If your ending is 3 or 4-5 but you did not confront the anomaly, then Proctor is 1. If your ending is 4-5 and you confronted the anomaly, then Proctor is 2. For ending 0 and 6, you would not meet Proctor.
0: The world needs a suspect and that’s you. (10.2)
1: The AIU retires you from service. (10.1)
2: The AIU keeps you in service. (10.1)
Finally, epilogues are reliant on the previous variables plus some choices you make. Short descriptions of each are present along with potential variable combinations.
Epilogue 1: Ship exploded. Be given peace and quiet. (1-2, 0) Another possibility is being kept in service, but running away with Uly despite not romancing them. (4-5, 2)
Epilogue 2: Ship exploded. Be set loose. (1-2, 0)
Epilogue 3: Ship exploded, but you are not very injured and choose to stay with the AIU. (1-2, 0)
Epilogue 4: Ending with Uly if the ship exploded. (1-2, 0)
Epilogue 5: The AIU retires you, but you are not very injured and you choose to stay with the AIU. (3-5, 1)
Epilogue 6: The AIU retires you and you choose to join GUNI. You also did not flirt with Castle. (4-5, 1)
Epilogue 7: Ending with Castle if you become a GUNI agent. (4-5, 1)
Epilogue 8: The AIU retires you and you choose to retire with a beach. (3-5, 1)
Epilogue 9: The AIU retires you and you choose to find a job. (3-5, 1)
Epilogue 10: The AIU retires you and you choose to enroll in university. (3-5, 1)
Epilogue 11: Ending with Uly if AIU retires you. (3-5, 1)
Epilogue 12: The AIU kept you in service and you did not go with any romance option. (4-5, 2)
Epilogue 13: The AIU kept you in service, but you have many injuries and you did not go with any romance option. (4-5, 2)
Epilogue 14: Ending with Uly if the AIU kept you in service. (4-5, 2)
Epilogue 15: You died. (0)
Achievement 24: Rallis’s Last Gift
Enjoy!?

Achievement will trigger after the pod has left the ark.
Part 10.2:
Requirement: Never use the phosphorus grenade or do not exceed the medial Injury tier (To control your injuries follow guides in Achievement 15, 16, and 17. Also, be sure to see if the options you selected in 10.2 increased your Injury tier). I trust you can tell when the chances to use the grenade present themselves. You can never lose the grenade only use it, so all chances to use it are conscious.
Chapter 45:
When prompted with “There’s a reason your sister organization, the AEU, uses phosphorus, after all. And there’s a reason the AIU packed it in that weapons cache.”
(Dependent on your resources)
If you are medial Injury tier or below select You aim for the oxygen vents above, hoping to intensify the flames.
If you have the phosphorus grenade select You reach for your thermal grenade. If it works for them…
Achievement will trigger after the pod has left the ark.
Achievement 29: Chekhov’s Grenade

Less than 3 Uly Affection points:
You will automatically deny them if your AIU Stance is 50 or higher.
If this did not happen you will see this choice when prompted with “Uly glances up and sees the alarm.”
Select:
“I think that’s your cue,” you say.

Epilogue 15: The Ultimate Sacrifice
Oops?
Requirement: Three routes, see details below. One for 10.1 and two for 10.2 which are very similar.
*There may be more ways to achieve this ending, but I only found the three ways to achieve death in part 10. In the code, there is a possibility to die during epilogue 12 and a third option possibly related to ending 6. I could not replicate a death in Epilogue 12 or find ending 6 in the code. If you get this epilogue another way, let me know.* Also, if you want the code I will put it at the bottom for the nerds.
First: 10.1
Chapter 45:
When prompted with “If you pursue it, though, there’s a very good chance you’ll end up on a casualty list—or at least your alias will.”
Select:
“I’m not leaving this ship until the Anomaly is gone.”
When prompted with “You know this with complete certainty.”
Select:
And still, you fire your (chosen gun). I will not go gently.
Second: 10.2, 2/5 Timeliness
Requirement: have higher than maximal injuries. To control your injuries see Achievement 15, 16, and 17. Also, pay attention to the 10.2 section when you may increase your injuries to reach above the maximal Injury tier.
When prompted with “There’s a reason your sister organization, the AEU, uses phosphorus, after all. And there’s a reason the AIU packed it in that weapons cache.”
Select:
You aim for the oxygen vents above, hoping to intensify the flames.
Third: 10.2, 1/5 Timeliness
Requirement: have maximal injuries or higher. To control your injuries see Achievement 15, 16, and 17. Also, pay attention to the 10.2 section when you may increase your Injury tier.
When prompted with “There’s a reason your sister organization, the AEU, uses phosphorus, after all. And there’s a reason the AIU packed it in that weapons cache.”
Select:
You aim for the oxygen vents above, hoping to intensify the flames.
For the nerds, the code.
*if (epilogue != 20) and (epilogue != 500)
Four years after the Ark…
*if (epilogue = 20)
Ten long years after the Ark…
*if (epilogue = 500)
Five years after the Ark…
Quick explanation: Epilogue 500 is achieved when the ending is 0 which is dying in part 10 (i.e. the three routes explained above). Epilogue 20 is the code for Epilogue 12; I achieved Epilogue 12, but could not replicate dying. Neither option (as indicated by the exclamation points) is my guess about ending 6, but I can not find ending 6 in the code.
Achievement 34: It Can Never Die (Hidden)
Almost harder than getting a perfect run.
For this achievement, you need to reach third threshold (10 or more delays) in variable one and have 10 or more delays in variable two. The guide to how to reach these requirements is in the 10.2 section.
Chapter 44:
If you have 10 or more delays in both variables by the end of Part 10: Chapter 44 then this achievement will trigger. Make sure to keep track using the guide.
Achievement 35: One Last Act of Love (Hidden)
Only your love life blew up! Congrats?
This achievement requires you to have 4/5 or 5/5 timeliness as reached in the 10.1 section by having minimum delays. Alongside this, you need to survive facing the anomaly. Only use the phosphorus grenade against the anomaly. It also requires you to have less than 3 Affection points with Uly. I will document how to avoid Uly Affection points below. Additionally, your AIU Stance needs to be below 50 which I will document under the Uly Affection points.
Avoiding Uly Affection points:
Lowering AIU Stance:
To clarify, your AIU Stance starts at 50 at the beginning of the game. Not every choice needs to be chosen, just be generally disapproving of the AIU.
Chapter 1:
When Driver says, “You’re needed again.”
Select:
Your lips curl into a sneer. “That was not what the AIU said when they tossed me aside.” (- 5 AIU Stance)
When you say, “What does this have to do with me?” you ask. “I’m AIU. You know what we do, right? I don’t care about political dissent. My job—” You put a finger down on the table. “—is to kill cultists.”
Select:
The words sound strange in your mouth. They taste bitter, too, tainted with the barest hint of anger and resentment. (- 4 AIU Stance)
Chapter 2:
When prompted with “As you grow closer to the police barrier, you look at the men in blue…”
Select:
…with a sense of envy. They, at the very least, have the chance for heroism. (- 3 AIU Stance)
Chapter 3:
When prompted with “Including the layout of their headquarters.”
Select:
You were a sacrifice, never meant to survive. A disposable tool. (- 3 AIU Stance)
Chapter 8:
When prompted with “You’d be rotting in a cell, most likely. The AIU would cut you loose, sacrifice you as a scapegoat to save their own skins. Just like they cut you loose three years back.”
Select:
They used you like a tool. (- 5 AIU Stance)
Chapter 37:
When prompted with “You fell into an entirely different world. A world of shadow war, where every planet is a fresh opportunity to get killed in some new and exciting way. You fell into the pit that has consumed your life and burned Uly.”
Select:
So ♥♥♥♥ them. ♥♥♥♥ what they did to you. ♥♥♥♥ the life they stole from you. (- 8 AIU Stance)
Achievement choices:
Chapter 46:
When Uly shows up after the Proctor debrief and talking with your allies you will be prompted with “Uly glances up and sees the alarm.”
Select:
“Uly—wait.” You extend a hand, reaching for them—not out of love, but because they might be your only chance to slip out of the AIU’s grasp.
Achievement 36: Indecisive (Hidden)
Quit playing games with my heart…
Requirement: Attracted to men = true, Attracted to women = true, among other things explained below.
This achievement has multiple variables and you must pick all options below. You need to romance Driver, Castle, Shōnin, Mendez, and Uly. Then, in the end, choose to not go with any of them. I will document below all the choices to romance them. The ending choices will differ based on what epilogue you achieved, so find which one applies to you.
Also, Shōnin will only romance certain types of people see Achievement 8 or below for details.
(Driver) Chapter 2:
When Driver says, “Admiring the view?”
Select either:
“Maybe a little,” you admit, a smirk tugging at your lips.
Or, You roll your eyes to conceal your embarrassment. “Don’t flatter yourself.”
(Castle) Chapter 6:
When Castle says, “Ease up. You look like you’re about to bolt.”
Select either:
You glance down at her hand and half-smile. “You certainly know how to get a person’s attention.”
Or, You jerk your hand back and scoff to conceal your embarrassment. “Hands to yourself.”
(Driver) Chapter 8:
When Driver says, “Gotta lift your shirt if I’m gonna take a look.”
Select either:
You laugh darkly. “Person like me might get the wrong idea if you keep asking questions like that.”
Or, You narrow your eyes in distaste. “At least take me out to dinner first, dreg.”
(Driver) Chapter 9:
If you flirted twice or if you flirted at all in Chapter 8, Driver will initiate. The first option is the most straightforward acceptance. Second and third offer you the chance to engage as well if you accept after your question.
(Castle) Chapter 11:
When Castle says, “Well, it didn’t seem like you were gonna fall asleep. Sometimes just talking helps to relax.”
Select:
“Oh, I can think of better ways to relax.”
Directly following this.
Select:
“Why, are you interested?”
(Uly) Chapter 13:
When prompted with “And phosphorus can slow down the things that shouldn’t be.”
Select:
Your heart lurches involuntarily at the thought of Uly’s death.
(Uly) Chapter 14:
When prompted with “You run a hand over the outline of the grenade.”
Select:
Your heart beats quicker at the thought of being reunited.
(Uly) Chapter 19:
When reunited at the beginning of the chapter and prompted with “Seeing them alive after so long…”
Select:
Old feelings threaten to emerge back to the surface.
Directly following this.
Select:
You swallow hard, disarmed by their presence. “Uly…”
Directly following this.
Select either:
Your heart sinks in your chest. “Uly…you don’t understand.”
Or, Despite the confusing mix of feelings welling up inside, you keep your face stoic. “Do what you came here for. Get it over with.”
A couple of interactions later Uly will say, “Love, I think we’d both find my punishments much more pleasurable.”
Select either:
The statement leaves you a flustered mess.
Or, Every fiber of your being screams for you to accept their offer. To indulge again. But you cannot show weakness.
When Uly leans in during the next interaction.
Select:
You freeze, and their lips claim yours.
– Women with any face or body. Yes, you can be the biggest, scariest woman.
(Shōnin) Chapter 25:
When prompted with “There’s an unexpected playfulness in his voice that catches you by surprise, along with a glint in his eye that gives you pause.”
Select either:
“Oh?” you ask, intrigued by his flirtation.
Or, A sultry smile spreads across your face. “You certainly know how to get a person’s attention.”
(Shōnin) Chapter 26:
When Shōnin says, “In that case, how about we head to my room before we run out of time?”
Select either:
A sultry smile spreads over your face. “I’ve been waiting for you to ask that.”
Or, A chuckle escapes your lips. “Why the hell not, right?”
(Mendez) Chapter 29:
When prompted with “The anger in her eyes flicks to confusion, and then to awe.”
Select:
You smile wide. “Most people usually ask permission before hitting.”
(Mendez) Chapter 32:
After Mendez says, “Give me a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ gun. I’ll shoot it open,”
Select:
You give her shoulder a reassuring squeeze. “Hey. We’ve got your back. You need to stay calm for me.”
When prompted with “You recover your backpack and say…”
Select:
I offer her a winning, flirtatious smile. “Speechless, huh?”
(Mendez) Chapter 33:
When prompted with “Your eyes follow the girl as she sings softly to herself. The streets are still populated, but the adults around her pay her no attention, and she pays them none in return.”
Select:
In the oddly peaceful silence, you can feel a…tension form between you and the lieutenant.
Chapter 46:
There are seven routes to trigger this achievement (Epilogue 1, 2, 8, 10, 12, and 13). You can have a perfect run or blow everything up, the achievement is still possible. As long as you take every opportunity to flirt and choose not to go with anyone, it will trigger. After you choose all the above options follow the instructions of your chosen epilogue.
The only epilogue that is special is Epilogue 1, which has two routes, this achievement can only be achieved with the first route of that epilogue.
