Become the ultimate Karate Kid in Cobra Kai: The Karate Kid Saga Continues with our 100% completion guide. This guide will help you achieve 100% completion by uncovering all missable challenges and collectables. Get ready to become a karate master in this thrilling game!
Missables Checklist
- It is no longer possible to play as your original dojo or characters from your original dojo period.
- You receive 10,000 tokens.
- Map progress and collectable progress is preserved
- The true final boss is unlocked after your second completion of valley fest.
No matter what you do after this point it is impossible to return to your original characters and complete challenges that you have missed. It is extremely easy to block a save from 100% completion by completing valley fest too early.
The game also does not keep track of which upgrades you purchased for Johnny or Daniel for the Krese fight.
For that reason below is a checklist for all of the completion items that must be completed before entering NG+ in order to make a 100% completion file possible.
- Kill at least one enemy with each dojo member’s ultimate (4/8 progress on “obliteration” challenge under “skill master“)
- Complete every map with any rating (all map locations blue/orange)
- Finish 10 Chop Shop Guys with Johnny (“repairs required” challenge under “specialist“)
- Defeat 3 posh moms with Johnny (“A+ parenting” challenge under “surgical“)
- Defeat Brucks with Miguel (“who’s rhea now?” challenge under “surgical“)
- Beat Armand with Miguel’s jump skill (“dodge the irony” steam achievement)
- Must be completed on first attempt beat Daniel with Johnny’s crane kick ultimate in “valley fest” (completes “Cobra Kai Never Dies” steam achievement)
- Defeat 3 Baseball Fans with Robby (“strike out” challenge under “specialist“)
- Defeat a Skeleton Lord with Daniel (“past nightmare” challenge under “surgical“)
- Must be completed on first attempt beat Johnny with Daniel’s crane kick ultimate in “valley fest” (completes “34 years later” challenge under “karate champion“)

All street goon colour variants count for this achievement.
Only Pedro (blue), Matheus (purple) and Coutinho (teal) are considered to be ‘Speedy Goons’.
To perform a throw attack walk into an enemy to grab them and then press the dodge/parry button. Any skeleton counts for this challenge.
As baseball skeletons drop their bats when defeated this can be quickly achieved against the double skeleton-lord boss fight in valley fest.
Kick combos from all characters launch enemies into the air as do many dojo specials like Miyagi-Do’s ‘Icicle Jump‘ and cobra kai’s ‘Kai Kick‘
Enemies without the ‘immune to parry finishers‘ trait have a chance to be thrown at the screen after each successful parry.

Collectables
For a complete list of collectables and their locations, see my all collectables guide.
Steam Achievements
The brackets panel can be found in the All Valley Tournament Arena. Each of the 4 segments must be hit once to unlock this.
There are two achievements with this name and neither matches the criteria for the challenge of the same name. The hardest variant of this achievement requires you parry consistently without getting hit.
This is most easy to achieve either on Addison St due to the density of easy, parry able enemies or against a boss enemy with a consistent wake up attack that can be parried such as Kyler during his solo boss battle in either Smitty’s Diner or Valley Fest.
Story based unlock for completing your 2nd playthrough.
This is most easy to achieve either on Addison St due to the short length and simple enemy patterns or Morrison St due to the extremely short length and generally easy enemies.
Extremely painful in both 5th Avenue Bar and Valley Fest. It’s probably best to try to gradually chip down Graham and Armand with Burning Feet or other characters and then opportunistically go for the kill when Armand is low enough.
NOTE: If you begin your campaign with Cobra Kai this MUST be completed before the mission Valley Fest or you will be unable to complete it without starting a new Cobra Kai campaign.
