Welcome to our guide for the Final Fantasy III (3D Remake) 100% Achievement Guide! Whether or not the crystal has chosen you as a hero, this guide will help you conquer all the achievements in the game. Let’s dive in and unlock all the accomplishments in this 3D remake of Final Fantasy III.
Overview
I didn’t really see an all-in-one guide for the achievements with a walkthrough, so made this guide.
This guide will progress you in order to get all achievements, so it’s recommended to follow it in order to ensure you don’t lock yourself out of any missables. The guide section points them out as you get to them.
Also when reading the guide, I use cardinal directions and relative directions interchangeably.
Up = North
Left = West
Right = East
Down = South
- You must collect all chests, this includes missable chests in areas that may not be accessible at the end of the game.
- You must encounter all enemies in the bestiary, including enemies that may only be available in specific areas in the game that may no longer be accessible.
- You do not have to obtain all loot that are not contained with chests. (i.e., the potion in Ur near the lake)
- You will need to max out every character and job combination which is 4 x 23 = 92 jobs at level 99
If you want a checklist in spreadsheet form to track how you’re doing feel free to make a copy: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1eBJOhtAoYsD3zaNo8KVBmgagDM8QTJuTilZYuij3ukA/edit?usp=sharing

You’ll get these eventually, but best to wait until end game to worry about this so you have access to the best gil farming if needed. However, if you do need to grind t his, then finding mobs that spawn more mobs is the best so that you can be in one fight that has infinite mobs to farm from such as the Greater Demon in the Ancient Maze.
For a Rainy Day
Save up 50,000 gil.
Who Wants to Be a Gillionaire?
Save up 500,000 gil.
My Little Esper
Obtain a summonable creature.
No Such Thing as Too Many
Obtain all the summonable creatures.
This will be your last achievement by far. The fastest way to level up is by taking your party to fight goblins as leveling jobs is based on number of action points. Up until Job Level 14, it takes 5 actions to level up your job, after that depends on the job. Except for the secret job of Onion Knight, 10 actions per fight is sufficient to guarantee a job level upgrade. Onion Knight will need 13 actions.
Ideally, you want to go encounter a Goblin near Ur or in Altar Cave. Have everyone guard/defend for 9-10 iterations, then on the next iteration, kill the goblin. Rinse and repeat until you’re 99. Using the auto function will immensely speed up animation times.
You have 4 party members in Luneth, Arc, Refia and Ingus, so you can start effectively grinding this once Ingus joins your party. There are a total of 23 jobs which means you will need to max out all 23 jobs for all four of your party members for this achievement.
When I Grow Up I Want to Be…
Attain level 99 with any job.
Jack of All Trades
