Right at the start you drive your first special stage, that’s the name for the races here. Just come to the finish line and achievement should pop.

Upstart
Won your first Stage in solo mode

This will come naturally, once you win a stage the achievement is yours.

Stamina
Won your first ES in solo mode

The Epic Stages are realistic rally routes that easily can exceed to 20km. Each country has one of these stages just win it to unlock the achievement.

Globetrotter
Completed a Stage in each country in solo mode

Self Explanatory.

Neat freak
Finished a Stage without taking any damage in any mode

Easiest way to do it is just drive slowly to the end of the stage.

Manager
Spent exactly 45 minutes conducting repairs in one session

The Quickest way to do this is to turn Difficulty to expert, driving style to simulation and go to solo mode. Choose custom championship, and create a new one. Choose a WRC car and select any rally from any country. Start the stage and crash into things to get your car as damaged as possible to have options to repair.

Die-hard
Won a Stage using only the cockpit view in solo mode

Before the start, select cockpit view. Then restart the stage and win it.

Crash-test dummy
Completely totalled a car

Take Simulation mode and difficulty Expert, chose any stage and crash as hard as possible.
