My Last Appointment: My Last Appointment Achievement Guide/ Walkthrough

Easy Guide for all Achievements:

This is a good way that I have come up with to find an anomaly quite quickly. First, it would be good to know your surroundings and what is normal. But if you really want to check, I have listed all anomalies below for the Achievement Sharp View. 

There are multiple, in my opinion, good positions to look at in the level to identify anomalies. At the beginning of the hallway:

For the second position I like to stand with the back to the door in the middle of the hallway and look at the doctor.

3. Position
For the third position, similar to the 2nd, with the back to the doctor and view to the door in the middle of the hallway. (reverse from position 2)

4. Position
Look back to the beginning of the hallway from the middle.

5.Position
View from the middle of the hallway to the end of the hallway. (reverse from position 4)

6.Position
At the end of the hallway look back. (reverse from position 1)

For the “Say Hello” achievement, you need to encounter the Giga Duck. I have noticed that you need to be calm and just look at him from afar. Then the achievement will pop up after he waves at you.

For the “Duck says don’t don’t,” same as the previous “Say Hello,” you need to encounter the anomaly in the middle hallway room where there are ducks sitting on the bench. Simply interact with them by clicking e, and the achievement will pop up.

For the first ending, just complete the 13+ levels by finding anomalies and going back, or if there are no anomalies, going forward. You will come across an exit door. Interact with it to get the achievement “End #1”.

For the achievement “End #2,” you need to encounter the anomaly with the half doctor. Go to him and pick up the keycard that is lying on him. Then complete the game, like for “End 1.” When you are at the end, instead of taking the exit, use the keycard on the elevator, and the achievement will pop up.

There is also a strategy to get the achievement “Sharp Vision.” Just go back each time you hear a beep from a new level and repeat until the achievement pops up while pausing the game.
