Prologue:
You will get it after cutting your first body open in the Prologue.
You can find the note right at the beginning of the game on your desk. Pick it up and you’ll get the achievement.
After you finish the autopsy in the Prologue the game will tell you to put the body in the fridge.
After you examined your first body the game tells you to go to your car. The achievement should unlock and the prologue should end.
Examine at least 5 Alice-Related items.

Chapter 1:
After the Prologue you will wake up in your apartment. Go to the kitchen and open the fridge.

When you examine the second person in chapter 1, the game will ask you to use the UV lamp. Just make sure you check every body part and you’ll get the achievement.
After starting the centrifuge in Chapter 1, the lights will start to flicker. The game will tell you to turn the breaker on again. Go to the same room you found the camera in, turn it on and you should get the achievement.
Chapter 1 ends after you get home and see the mess after the burglary.
Chapter 2:
After the call with Steven you can start to clean your apartment. Clean as much as you can, and on the next day you will get the achievement.
In the Morning after the burglary, the game tells you to go to your car and leave for work. Go to the elevator and press the F button. The button for the 4th floor will light up and the elevator will take you to the Top floor. When you go towards the stairs, the achievement should pop up.
Before you begin the autopsy during your 3rd shift in Chapter 2, the game will tell you to use the voice recorder.
You will get this one in Chapter 2. The Game tells you to check the fingerprints of the deceased person. In your computer, compare it with Fingerprint #126-78. After you’ve done that print the document and take it. You’ll get the achievement.
At some point in Chapter 2, will will check the trachea of Harper Lloyd. You’ll find the Ring inside.
After calling Steven and drinking a glass of whiskey, Chapter 2 ends.
Chapter 3:
You will get this one in Chapter 3, after opening the bag the corpse is in.
Chapter 3 ends after Ridley calls a Taxi for you.
Chapter 4:
Just turn on the machine and remove all the blood.
After you lie down on the couch in your office, you have a nightmare. After that Chapter 4 ends.
Chapter 5:
You will get this one if you take your Pills over and over again. You can do this easily in Chapter 5, as you can take the Pills continuously.
Just complete the game normal to get this one.
Ending 1:
This is the first ending of the game. You’ll get it by normally playing the game.
Ending 2:
Here are the steps needed to complete the ending:
1. Interact with the brick, then take a pill.
2. Inspect the hairbrush in the bathroom, Alice’s photo in the office, and the lipstick on the chair in the office.
3. After you’ve inspected these objects, take 2 more pills.
4. Continue doing what the game asks of you by talking to Ridley, and taking another pill.
5. Put on both the apron and gloves, then go back to the bathroom to take another set of pills.
6. Grab the voice recorder, look through the case file, and remove the clothing from the victim. Once this has been done, go back to the bathroom for the final pill.
