There are markings on the ground indicating that you can walk into the trees. Head east into the trees to find the first old medal.
Old Medal 2
Old medal 2 can be found north of the previous one. In the north west corner of Woodland, close to where you enter into Woodland from Soccertown, near the dribbling time trial cone and the golf green flag, walk south into the trees to find an old medal.
Old Medal 3
In the north west corner of Woodland. Old medal 3 is found just north of the dribbling time trial cone behind the bush and next to a goal. Walk west behind the bush to find an old medal.
Old Medal 4
At the center north part of Woodland, close to the radio guy, walk west behind the tree to find the 4th old medal.
