Simply when you enter the game and you have to sign the waiver, type in “GOD” and press enter and you’ll get the achievement (also works on double or nothing)
Beat the game.
Beat Josh (the dealer) for the first time
It rains metal here.
Reach the third round then die
✴ Double or Nothing
Consume the ‘Double or Nothing’ pills.
Use the pills in the bathroom
Start the ‘Double or Nothing’ mode 10 times.
Take the double or nothing pills 10 times
Cash out immediately in ‘Double or Nothing’.
when the machine asks double or nothing, click the X
Double your earnings in ‘Double or Nothing’ and win.
After continuing to the second game and winning, click the X to cash out
Cash out over 1,000,000 in ‘Double or Nothing’.
After winning atleast $1,000,000, click the X to cash out
Lose more than 1000K in ‘Double or Nothing’.
After you reach $1,000,000 die in “double or nothing”
Breakfast of champions.
During double or nothing, use Beer, Cigarette Pack and Expired Medicine all in one turn
Use all items in a single turn in ‘Double or Nothing’.
Pretty sure this is one of the hardest achievements to get in the whole game, you have to use all 9 different items in one turn. Easiest way would be to get all items on your side and use adrenaline to grab the last item from the dealer. (I myself haven’t gotten this achievement yet)

Check the leaderboard.
Check the TV in the toilets for the leaderboard.
Listen to the music in the nightclub for over a minute.
Walk out of the bathroom and just stay at the nightclub area for at least a minute.
Successfully shoot yourself with a blank, facing 50/50 odds.
When there’s 1 live round and blank, shoot yourself hoping to land the blank.
Saw off the barrel, shoot yourself, and die.
Use the handsaw and shoot yourself with a live, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO DIE.
Uncover a live round with the magnifier and shoot yourself.
Use the magnifier, if you land a live round, don’t shoot the dealer and shoot yourself.
