“Get ready to conquer Titan Quest Anniversary Edition and unlock all achievements, including those from DLCs like Eternal Embers. This guide will show you the straightforward steps to obtaining 100% completion, as well as reveal some “cheesy” tricks using mods. Perfect for players looking for an easy way to conquer all achievements. Let’s dive in!”
Introduction
You might ask yourself why to publish another 100% achievement guide for Titan Quest when there already are some good ones available? Great question I would like two answer with two points:
- Since the latest DLC Eternal Embers (EE) there has not been a complete guide which highlights everything, but rather singular threads for individual achievements.
- Using mods allow for more strategies than just ‘grinding’ through certain problems. I do not necessarily advocate for using them, but I wanted to give everyone who tries to do 100% at least the option to choose for themselves.
Titan Quest is, even though the original release was back in 2006 (!), a great Action RPG which every fan of the genre should at least give a try. I personally have but multiple hundreds of hours into it both in Steam and the original disc version.
My Gameplay & Mod Recommendation
Once you did a few playthroughs you will realize that the vault management is somewhat lackluster. You can use characters as mules, but I found the whole management of that quite tedious. TQ Vault really optimizes the experience, even though you use it as a individual application.

Sometimes it can be handy to play around with things like gold, character name, deather counter, attribute and skill points. I can recommend
- Titan Quest Mutator[github.com] for a lightweight editor.
- TQ Respec[github.com] for a full blown solution.
Titan Quest features a huge amount of items and gear. Especially set items are quite hard to find and it requires a lot of grind to gather a complete set (even though some might debate that set items and completion bonuses are inferior compared to infrequent with the right charms). Itemus gives you a custom map which includes all unique items ready at your disposal. You can play around with them and your character and even import them into your game via TQ Vault.

Basically improves drop rates and saves you a lot of grinding time.
Link to Loot Plus on Steam Workshop
Bundles the previously mentioned Loot Plus mod with a x4 increase in experience gained. This can be fun, especially when you start with a Legendary hero. Starting from normal this really destroys the balancing though and the game becomes to easy in my opinion.

Abilities (1/2)
You will find +1 to all skills gear during your playthroughs. I would advise to keep them in your stash / TQ Vault. All Shrines are generated randomly. There is no reliable method to get a Shrine of Mastery, so you are back to grinding and re-trying a certain route.
Various items with +1 to all skills can be found in the Itemus map aswell.
A good location to farm the achievements is in Helos on the way to the first boss. Good amount of mobs and easily accessible, also with Accomplished and Legendary heroes.
You need to puncture four enemies with one arrow. With a Hunting Mastery Character use the skills Marksmanship and Puncture Shot Arrows and max them out. Both will grant you a percentage chance of your arrows passing through targets.
You should be able to obtain the achievement easily during normal gameplay. A Shrine of Mastery or additional gear is nice to have, but not required.
As stated in the achievement description, you need to travel with three wolves and a Nymph. With a Nature Mastery Character, you need the Call of the Wild and Sylvan Nymph skills.
Note that you need at least level 18 (+2 to skill cap) in Call of the Wild in order to summon three wolves at once.
With a Nature Mastery Character you need to have 14 enemies affected by the skill Plague at once. I would advise to put 1 skill point into Plague to not kill the mobs to fast. Then just gather as many mobs around you as you can, cast plague and let the fun begin.
You should not need a Shrine of Mastery or additional gear.
You need to stun an enemy for 10 seconds in one hit. The easiest way is with a Defense Mastery Character and the skill Concussive Blow. At skill level 10 (8 + 2 to all skills) you have a chance of stunning an enemy for 11 seconds when wielding a club or axe.
Just engage with some enemies, you only need to proc the stun and not wait for it to execute.
You need to strike six enemies at once using the skill Phantom Strike from the Dream Mastery. In order to hit multiple enemies you also need the skill Dream Stealer at least at skill level 7.
You should not need a Shrine of Mastery or additional gear.
You need to have two battle standards up at once coming from the same character. This refers to the skill Battle Standard from the Warfare Mastery. The challenge is that the even at maximum possible skill level 14 (10 + 4 to all skills) will last for 44 seconds, while the recharge time is 60 seconds.
So you need to reduce your cooldown by at least 28%, depending of your skill level. You can accomplish this by using gear or the Refresh skill of the Nature Mastery.
You need to mind control six enemies at the same time. There are two ways to achieve this:
As a Soothsayer (Spirit and Nature Mastery) character, you need the skills Enslave Spirit , Circle of Power and Refresh.
Enslave Spirit will be your main skill for this achievement which will let you mind control a enemy.
The other two skills are used for cooldown reduction. Use Circle of Power to gain a flat cooldown decrease while casting it and refresh to get Enslave Spirit up even faster.
Additional gear or a Shrine of Mastery is still recommended to make it work though.
Some items grant a chance of mind control. You can use them while playing normally and the achievement should pop sooner or later:
- Aphrodite’s Favor[tq-db.net]
- Song of the Siren[tq-db.net]
- Orpheus’ Garland[tq-db.net]
- Prosopon[tq-db.net]
- Astarte’s Gentle Shackles[tq-db.net]
- Persephone’s Caress[tq-db.net]
- Cupid’s Bow[tq-db.net]
- Carnyx Staff[tq-db.net]
- Lord Seth’s Chaos Blade[tq-db.net]
- Charm: Ogmios’ Eloquence[tq-db.net] (counterparts for each difficulty available)
- Scroll: Scroll of Persuasion[tq-db.net] (counterparts for each difficulty available)
LootPlus and Itemus can help greatly in getting the right loot for this path.
Whichever method you choose, both ways are finicky. If you have the gear available and want to do it the right way, go with the Mastery option. Alternatively jump into Itemus, get the Scroll and be done with it.
Abilities (2/2)
You need to summon a level 20 Outsider. As a Spirit Mastery character, you need to use the skill Summon Outsider. Since the level of your summon is linked to your skill level, you need +4 to all skills via gear or a Shrine of Mastery to get to level 20 (16 + 4 to all skills).
You need to have 10 enemies running around confused at the same time. As a Rouge Mastery character, the skill Flash Powder has a percentage of confusing enemies. Get a group of mobs around you and use the skill at max level.
Additional gear for +1 to all skills or a Shrine of Mastery makes your life a little easier since it increases the chance of confusion on the skill. But with 65% at level 8 (max level without +1 to all skills) you should be good to go in a couple of attempts.
You need to keep an enemy ensnared for 30 seconds. As a Hunting Mastery character, use the skill Ensnare on a single enemy repeatedly until 30 seconds have passed. You should have it at least at skill level 2 to balance the cooldown with the duration.
You should not need a Shrine of Mastery or additional gear.
You need to have 10 enemies immobilized at the same time. As a Storm Mastery character, use the Freezing Blast skill at max level (no +1 to all skills)
You should not need a Shrine of Mastery or additional gear.
You need to have 12 enemies sleeping simultaneously. As a Dream Mastery character, using the skill Sands of Sleep lets you put enemies to sleep.
At the max level (8 without +1 to all skills) it will affect 5 enemies with a single cast, putting them to sleep for 5.3 – 9.6 seconds with 4 seconds of recharge. So getting to 12 enemies that way requires a little bit of luck.
Alternatively you can either use gear that reduces your recharge time or +1 to all skills gear to increase the sleep duration
You need to defeat 10 enemies during one Stoneform. As a Earth Mastery character, use the skills Stone Form and Molten Rock.
Gather enemies around you and let the fun begin. You should have at least Molten Rock at max level. Additional gear or a Shrine of Mastery should not be needed.
Gear
You need to retrieve a relic back from a item. Just equip a relic (the completion status does not matter) to a random item and visit a Enchanter. They can be found in many cities.
Select the Altar of Separation and choose the option to Recover a Relic or Charm.
Note that your item will be destroyed in the process, so maybe do not use your best gear for this.
You need to assemble 50 relics. This is pretty easily achieved in normal gameplay. Just keep all relics you find in your inventory and use the Auto Sort function and you will get it.
You need to complete 50 charms. This is pretty easily achieved in normal gameplay. Just keep all relics you find in your inventory and use the Auto Sort function and you will get it.
You need to wear five matching set items. This is a pretty grindy achievement. I would recommend to keep all set items you find in the Carvan. The odds that you will find a full set even over multiple playthroughs are quite low though.
You can go farming for specific items you need. Consider TQ DB[tq-db.net] for drop chance information to plan your route.
To speed up the process, use LootPlus or Itemus mods.
Here you need to wear a complete set of the Eternal Embers DLC. It is quite similar to the previous achievement The power of Set, but you do not necessarily need to go for a set which contains 5 items or more.
Consider the hints given there to speed up the process. Alternatively, you can also farm Electrum and increase your odds with Eternal Ember orbs.
You will find various recipes during your adventures. You can use them together with different ingredients (i.e. Scrolls, Charms or Relics) to craft artifacts.
If you have all ingredients together, you can visit an Enchanter. They are present in many cities. Use the Altar of Creation to get your Artifact.
There are multiple levels of artifacts (lesser = red, greater = blue and divine = purple). The higher the level of a artifact, the greater the cost. Gathering all ingredient can become quite grindy. Consider TQ DB[tq-db.net] to find drop chances for specific items.
You may want to use LootPlus or Itemus mods to speed up the process.
For this achievement you need to craft a Lesser Artifact.
You need to craft a Greater Artifact. Consider the previous achievement Artisan for some input on how to get it.
You need to craft a Divine Artifact. Consider the previous achievement Artisan for some input on how to get it.
Multiplayer
Ideally you have some friends who can join you (makes the whole game more fun). Depending on when you read this, regular multiplayer is still used quite often though so the chances of finding a party is good.
Alternatively you can try to use either the Steam or Reddit community. Both are active as well.
You just need to join a multiplayer session with at least one other hero to get this achievement.
You need to heal other players for 200.000 health. As a Nature Mastery Character, use the skills Regrowth, Accelerated Growth and Dissemination together to max out your healing potential and reduce your cooldown.
Note that you do not need to restore the health. Using Regrowth on players with full health will count towards the achievement.
Additional gear or a Shrine of Mastery can be helpful to speed up your progress, but definitely is not required.
You need to cast the skill Rally from the Defense Mastery on yourself and three additional players. Casting Rally obviously is not the challenge here, but finding a multiplayer party big enough is.
I recommend to follow the suggestions from the beginning of the Multiplayer section to find a party with the right size.
Gameplay (1/2)
You need to reach level 2 with your character without taking any damage. Start a new game and rush into Helos. There, you can either buy a bow or get it from the Caravan where you transferred it from another account.
Now you just need to go hunting for Satyrs. Keep in mind not to venture too far from Helos. Boars and Crows can easily get to you due to their high movement speed. I would reset a few times and get the easily accessible Satyrs.
You need to finish Normal difficulty without selecting a second mastery. You should be good regardless of which class you use. Remember that you can reset mastery and skill points at a Mystic later on.
You need to defeat Polyphemus while in your Colossus Form. As a Defense Mastery Character, travel to the Megara portal in Greece and go with Polyphemus as normal. Before you finish him activate your Colossus skill and get the achievement.
Straight forward – deal 100.000 damage with a single hit. Effects like poison or bleeding do not count.
For me, this was one of the tougher achievements. Even after several playthroughs with different masteries, my max damage was sitting at around 40.000 give or take.
Taking this into account, you should be able to get to 100.000 damage without any mods. Either by farming specific gear for your existing characters, or by creating a glass canon like a Assassin (Warfare + Rouge Mastery).
Alternatively, you can create a Legendary hero, import him into Itemus, gather gear and skills and hit one of the mobs there.
The following is a collected guide for three achievements. You need to defeat the Titan Tartarus in his Arena introduced with the Atlantis DLC in all difficulties. Portals to Tartarus Arena can be found in the city of Gadir in Atlantis and in Corinth in the North.
You need to complete four arenas until Tartarus appears. Note that the Tartarus arenas are randomly generated, with random modifiers (i.e. reduced movement speed) and the enemies are scaled to your level.
You can get the following achievements:
- Beginner’s Luck: Defeat Tartarus on Normal
- Double or Nothing: Defeat Tartarus on Epic
- High Roller: Defeat Tartarus on Legendary
One of your heroes need to reach level 80. Again, pretty grindy to achieve. Even after completing all Acts in all difficulties, I was sitting around level 78. You may want to consider the Exp4 mod. Or you can edit the character level using Titan Quest Mutator.
You need at least ten heroes which are at least level 10. You can either create ten characters and play them until level 10, or you create Accomplished / Legendary heroes to achieve this.
You need to burn mana of an enemy for 2.500 damage in a single hit. For me, this one was tough. Some people reported that they unlocked it using a Storm Mastery character and the skills Spell Breaker and Spell Shock.
I tried this method for several hours without success. My solution was using Artifacts. Two have what we are looking for:
- Golden Eye of Sun Wukong[tq-db.net]
- Lyre of Apollo[tq-db.net]
You can either farm their recipes and craft them or drop into Itemus and get them there.
The following is a collection for all achievements where you need to beat Legendary difficulty with one of the Masteries. There is, obviously, one achievement for each Mastery.
You can make this more efficient with some tricks, but I recommend to actually take the time since it is FUN. Nevertheless, here we go:
- Disable all DLCs so you only have to beat Typhon (does not apply to masteries introduced with DLCs)
- Create a Legendary hero, and move until you reach the rebirth fountain before Sutr with only a single Mastery. Now duplicate the save file, and drop into the game selecting different masteries each time
Here is the list of achievements and what you need to beat:
- Achilles’ Equal: Warfare Mastery (Beat at least Typhon with all DLCs disabled)
- Living the Dream: Dream Mastery (Beat at least Typhon with all DLCs disabled)
- One Man Phalanx: Defense Mastery (Beat at least Typhon with all DLCs disabled)
- Titanic Game Hunter: Hunting Mastery (Beat at least Typhon with all DLCs disabled)
- Force of Nature: Nature Mastery (Beat at least Typhon with all DLCs disabled)
- Trail of Ashes: Earth Mastery (Beat at least Typhon with all DLCs disabled)
- I am Storm: Storm Mastery (Beat at least Typhon with all DLCs disabled)
- Master of Shadows: Rouge Mastery (Beat at least Typhon with all DLCs disabled)
- The power of Osiris: Spirit Mastery (Beat at least Typhon with all DLCs disabled)
- Wodan’s Knowledge: Rune Mastery (Beat Sutr)
- Brewmaster: Neidan Mastery (Beat the Ten Suns)
Hercules
You need to kill 100.000 monsters with a single character. You should be able to get this easily with a character which completes all Acts in all difficulties.
You need to finish Normal difficulty with a personal kill count of less than 100. You can create a summoner as an Accomplished hero and rush through Act V to Sutr.
Alternatively, you can edit the kill count in Titan Quest Mutator of an existing character and defeat Sutr again.
The following is a collection for all achievements where you need to complete a difficulty or Act with zero deaths. In general I think that these are the most fun achievements.
If you want guidance on what build to choose for this, the YouTuber LughSamildanach has a great series on a Hardcore – Cursed – Solo Self Found run of the game.
If you do not have the patience to try that, you can also use Titan Quest Mutator to edit the death count of your character. Afterwards you only need to defeat Sutr or the Ten Suns again.
The following achievements are related to zero deaths:
- Hardcore Player: Complete Normal with zero deaths
- Hardcore Master: Complete Epic with zero deaths
- Hardcore Legend: Complete Legendary with zero deaths
- Peach of Immortality: Complete Normal with zero deaths
Gameplay (2/2)
You need to finish all three difficulties in less than 20 hours of play time. This sounds more difficult than it actually is. Preparation is key here though. You should start with a Accomplished hero to save Normal Act I and IV. And you should have gear already prepared from different characters. You will have time to farm a little bit, but it would be a pitty if you realize after investing multiple hours that you will not make it in time.
You should also keep in mind that depending on your game speed, time will progress faster. If you play on very fast, which I recommend, the 20 hours will translate more into 14 ish hours.
During your adventures in the East, you will find new potions. You need to use them all at least once with a single character. There are seven potions:
- Potion of Service: Increases your armor
- Wu Tao’s Elixir: Increases bleeding, poison and life leech resistance
- Potion of Speed: Increases total and movement speed
- Potion of Life Draining: Grants life leech and life leech retaliation
- Potion of Jade Emperor’s Resolve: Increases all your secondary resistances
- Potion of Evasion: Increased chance to dodge attacks and projectiles
- Potion of Ambrosia: Increases all your primary resistances
You should find all potions during normal gameplay of Eternal Embers.
You need to kill 500.000 monsters in total. This is combined value over all your characters.
Since the counter for this is implemented via Steam, changing the kill count via Titan Quest Mutator or similar tools will not work.
On the same note, this is really, really grindy. After I got every other achievement and completed the game multiple times, I was sitting at around 300.000 kills in total with roughly 400 hours of playtime.
You can invest the time to get there, but I didn’t find it appealing just to increase my number. So I wrote a little bot to auto farm the rest of the kill for me. You can find it on GitHub[github.com].
This achievement is related to a Side Quest in Act VI – Just Desserts. There you need to defeat a demon for the friendly Yaoguai Bao. After you have defeated it, Bao will become a trader.
Buy a normal item from him.
Consider the previous achievement Bao. You just need to buy an additional Monster Infrequent item from him.
Additional Boss Monsters
You need to Defeat the Cyclops Polyphemus. Travel to Megara in Act I using the Megara portal and travel towards Delphi. Once you reach the Halcyon Coast you will be greeted by five spartan soldiers who will move with you up the coast.
They will stop at the entrance of a cave where Polyphemus will appear and engage you in a fight. You will likely encounter him early on in Normal, so be prepared and ideally complete all Side Quests available beforehand to gain a level advantage.
You can find Polyphemus on every difficulty.
You need to defeat the Sandqueen Masika. You will find her in Act II using the Memphis portal and then traveling towards Fayum. She is located in the Sobek Plateu.
You can find Masika on every difficulty.
You need to defeat Shadowmaw on Normal difficulty before completing Act I. Shadowmaw is located on your way from Megara to Delphi in a cave in the Phocian Swamps.
Note that Shadowmaw will be a challenging fight should you engage on your first time in the Phocian Swamps. Should it be too hard, there is always the option to backtrack later in Act I.
Find and defeat the Master Automatoi Talos. You find him in front of Knossos Palace in Act I.
Note that Talos only appears in Epic and Legendary difficulty. You can see him standing in the palace though also on Normal difficulty.
Find and defeat the Boar Snatcher. You find it in a Natural Cave in the Spartan Woods after defeating Nessus in Act I.
Note that the Boar Snatcher only appears in Epic and Legendary difficulty.
Travel to the Fayum portal in Egypt and go into the Sandswept Cave. Progress deeper into the cave until you reach the bottom. There you will encounter the Manticore.
Note that the Manticore only appears in Epic and Legendary difficulty.
Travel to Gadir in Atlantis and follow the path inland. Crossing through the Gadir Necropolis, you will engage with King Arganthonios. Defeat him if you can, especially in Legendary he is a very challenging fight.
Travel to the Jade Palace portal in the Orient. From there, move toward a certain Cave Entrance.
One of its exits will bring you to the Shrine of Zhong Kui where you will encounter the Dragon Lich – Lord of the Undead.
Travel to Gaulos in Atlantis and follow the path inland. You will find the entrance to the catacombs, where you will engage with the Ancient One.
Travel to the Atlas Mountains in Atlantis and enter the portal in a cave. Continue through the Garden of the Hesperides until you encounter the Dragon Ladon and defeat him.
Travel to the Inner Atlantis portal and move into the Temple of Poseidon. There you will encounter Tiamat.
After you have defeated Tiamat in the Temple of Poseidon, travel further into the Atlantis Ascent. Defeat the Telkine Lyktos and its second form, the Omega Telkine.
You need to defeat the Hydra. Travel to the Athens portal in Greece and backtrack to the Athens Marsh. There you will find the Hydra.
Note that the Hydra can only be encountered on Legendary difficulty.
You need to defeat Fafnir. Tavel to the Glauberg portal in the North and move further towards Externsteine. There you will find a hidden path to Fafnir’s Cave.
Note that Fafnir can only be encountered on Legendary difficulty.
You need to defeat Feiyi. Travel to the Lai portal in The East and move further to the Silk Road Trading Post. There you will find a Roadside Tomb with Feiyi in it.
You need to defeat the Forsaken Nomad Exhumed Medjai. You will encounter him twice during your adventures in the East, but only the first and hidden encounter is relevant for the achievement.
Travel to the Asyut Encampment portal in the East and move into the Collapsed Catacombs. In the main hall of the tomb, go into a side chamber. There you will find a hidden door. Moving through it will bring you to Medjai.
You need to defeat our favorite Titan Quest YouTuber, Mr. Fae in the Secret Passage of the East (check out his channel if you do not know him!).
To get there travel to the Pingyang portal and take the way towards the Ten Suns boss. You will come through the Infested Bog, where the Secret Passage is located.
Move into the Passage of Souls, where different rooms with portals will await you. To get to the developers, take the middle portal, afterwards the second one from the right and then the final portal. Welcome to the Prison of Souls!
Mr. Fae will await you directly after the portal.
You need to defeat the developer Dimonoider in the Secret Passage of the East. Consider the previous achievement The Line of Epic Heroes on how to get there.
You need to defeat the developer Prosoro in the Secret Passage of the East. Consider the previous achievement The Line of Epic Heroes on how to get there.
To engage with Prosoro, you need to interact with the Book of the Dead. He is by far the strongest monster you will encounter in the 100% hunt. He comes with a lot of damage retaliation and reflection. Using a Dream Mastery character and the skill Dream Image I was able to defeat him.
Revenge
You need to defeat all developers in the Secret Passage of the East. Consider the previous achievement The Line of Epic Heroes on how to get there. Full clear the whole map in a single session to get this achievement.
Side Quests
You need to find, open and loot Hades treasure vault in Act IV. The treasury is located in a building in the Lower City of Lost Souls. Travel to Plains of Judgement portal and backtrack towards to the Styx to find it.
Go into the building and you will find Aristonymus, who will give you the quest in front of the locked entrance. In order to open the treasury, you need to defeat four Empusa which will grant different key stones.
The first Empusa is Thyia of the Stygian Frost . You find her in the Lower Daemon Camp moving forward from the Plains of Judgement portal.
The second Empusa is Canace the Serpent Queen. You find here in the Second Domain of the Tower of Judgement. Use the portal named the same to get there.
The thrid Empusa is Metrich. You find her in the Philos Plateau . Use the Elysium portal and move towards Hades palace.
The fourth and final Empusa is The Night Mistress. You find her in the Polis Daemonai, right before the Hades boss fight.
After you have collected all stones, travel back to the treasury. You can now open the door and loot what is yours.
This achievement is linked to the Side Quest Legendary Craftsmanship in the Dark Lands of Act V. Travel to the Dark Lands portal and talk with the Dvergr Master Smith Durin after you have opened the path to Asgard. He will give you the quest.
You need to gather three items:
Travel to the Asgard portal and backtrack into Valhöll. You will find the Goat Heidrun. After interacting with her, she will drop the Mead of Valhöll.
Travel to the Jotunheim portal and backtrack to Hnitbjorg. In a passage from the normal path you find the a fountain where you will get the Mead of Poetry.
Travel to the Muspelheim portal and then further into the Armory of Land’s End (where you fight Sutr). In a Small Chest you will find the Blacksteel Ingot.
Bring all items back to Durin. You can now upgrade a Epic (blue) or Legendary (purple) item.
Travel to the Havenly Palace portal in The East. Walk down the path a little and talk with the Yellow Emperor.
This is related to the Side Quest Mystery in the Mountain . Travel to the Eastern Silk Road portal and backtrack until you have reached the Tsongmo Peak. There you will find a cave. Go through it, and at its end you will encounter Neanderthal High Warlord Barmanu. Defeat him.
On your travels through the Orient, you will encounter the Great Wall. A group of solider there will ask you for your help in defeating the Colossal Peng Xiao in the Side Quest Peng Problems. Help them out to unlock this achievement.
You need to complete all Side Quests of Act VI (Eternal Embers DLC). There are 15 in total.

Secret (1/2)
You need to free 50 shades in Act IV. You can find caged shades throughout the act when there are Jailor Troglodytes around and in Hades Palace in the Prison of Souls.
The best route to farm the shades from my perspective is the Prison of Souls. Activate the last fountain before Hades and open all the cages with shades around. This should net you 26 shades per run.
Note that you need the Key of the Warden of Souls in order to open the cages in the Prison of Souls. You can obtain it by defeating the Warden of Souls on your way to Hades.
Consider the guide in the previous achievement Fifty Shades. It’s the same process here, but you need to free 500 souls instead of 50.
Travel to the Giza Plateau using the Giza Portal in Act II. Proceed to the Great Pyramid of Khufu and enter it.
Inside proceed with the middle tunnel until you reach the boss Sadiki, Champion of Anubis and the Pharaonic Sacrophagus. Now open the sacrophagus and stand for a bit in the poison that it unleashes.
You have to proceed to do this in every difficulty with your character in order to unlock this achievement. If it still does not unlock you might want to try with a different character.
This achievement is related to the Side Quest White Gold of Act V in the Heuneburg area. You receive the quest from Gorocoun – Mine Owner in Heuneburg.
He asks you to investigate his Salt Mines which are located in the Swabian Jura near Heuneburg, on the road towards Glauberg.
Going inside the Salt Mines and clearing them out of monsters, you will encounter the Vengeful Ghost. He will drop the Ornate Seal Ring.
Instead of returning it to the original quest giver Gorocoun, look for Elise – Wealthy Citizen in Heuneburg and return the ring to her.
Here we need to combine two quests in order to produce a unique solution for one of them:
Giesel and The Craftman’s Passion. Both are found in Act V.
This achievement requires you to perform these quests in a different order than you would normally do. The first quest Giesel can obtained in King Gylfi’s Settlement using the Scandia portal.
Moving into the Birch Forest, you will find Laidulf – Worker right behind the city gate waiting for you.
Take the quest, but avoid his goat Giesel when you find it deeper in the Birch Forest. If you come to close to it you will not be able to get the achievement in this run.
Proceed further with the Main Quest. Once you have started Main Quest XXVI – The Rescue the Trade Ship Captain Nidbald on the coast of Scandia will take you to Kaupangr.
From there move toward the Ichtian Fjord, where you will find the Trapper Bjarni.
He gives you the quest The Craftman’s Passion.
You need to show him that you have Lupine Claws[tq-db.net].
To achieve that it is sufficient to have one part of the Charm in your inventory. Here it does not matter if the Charm comes from the difficulty you are currently in or not.
Once you talk with him again, Bjarni will complete the quest and receive the Recipe of the Lupine Necklace Design.
The Lupine Necklace Design works in the same way Artifact Recipes work and can be turned into the Lupine Necklace at every Enchanter in the game.
Note that the Charms required are linked to the difficulty you are playing at, i.e. in Epic you will have to use three sets of Completed Epic Lupine Claws.
Should you not have these in your inventory or in the Caravan, now it is time to grind. From my experience the best location are the Memphis Outskirts due to the presence of Hyena Beast and Dune Raiders.
Once you have gathered your Charms, go ahead and craft the Lupine Necklace.
Instead of traveling back to Kaupangr where you would normally use the necklace to complete the Squabbling Merchants side quest, you travel back to Laidulf in Scandia. Talking to him with the Lupine Necklace in your inventory, he will think that Giesel has been killed by wolfs and that the necklace is your token of taking revenge.
Secret (2/2)
You need to Find the Secret Passage to unlock this achievement. Funnily enough, there are three Secret Passages when looking at the Anniversary Edition together with Eternal Embers.
This refers to the first Secret Passage added to the game with Immortal Throne.
You need to find The Overlord . It can drop from Hades regardless of difficulty and can be used across difficulties to enter the Passage.
Once you have obtained it, travel to the City of Rhodes in Act IV and continue on the Coastal Asomata as you would when heading towards Medea. Near the Rebirth Fountain you will find a gate which you can now unlock. Welcome to the Secret Passage hero! Enjoy the music and challenging fights.
Note: While you will need to visit the Secret Passage of Eternal Embers for another achievement, you should do yourself a favor and do the same for the one in Ragnarok. Lookout for the last fight with Loki and what he might drop..
You will need to wield the Adamantine Sickle of Kronos to unlock this achievement.
There are two challenges in this:
1. Obtaining it
2. Wielding it
The Sickle can be obtained from the Telkine Ormenos (Act III) in every difficulty. He is using it to free Typhon from his chains. If you instead of him cut down the chains of Typhon, he will not let the Sickle disappear once you engage with him.
The easiest and most consistent way to achieve this for me was to use Unyielding Phalanx from the Defense Mastery. From the ridge where you enter the arena you can launch it at Typhon. Hold Shift for that so that you character does not move too far and triggers the event.
You can check if you were successful if Ormenos still holds the Sickle in his hand once Typhon left and you approach him. In this case he will drop the Sickle once you defeated him.
Alternatively, you can just drop into Itemus and pick it up there.
In order to actually wield it you need a good character. Obviously the character has to be at level 80. This correlates nicely with another achievement (Sisyphus go home!). My essentials to get the right stat requirements together:
- Use the Rune Mastery and the skill Runeword: Feather – at the max skill level (6, without +1 to all skills) this reduces the Strength Requirements from all Weapons by 42%
- Divine Artifact: Thoth’s Glory[tq-db.net] – +1 to all skills and -20% Reduction to all Requirements
- Ring: Alke[tq-db.net] – Reduces Strength Requirements from all Weapons by 20% and gives huge strength boost
- Helmet: Tiresias’ Guide[tq-db.net] – Reduces all Requirements by a further 10%
Depending on your attribute distribution you might need to use additional gear to hit everything, or you can use a respec potion from the chaos dungeons.
There is also a nice guide on how to make a build with it work from Adrakh: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1395634270
Alternatively, you can modify the level of a character and his attribute points by Titan Quest Mutator or TQ Vault and/or gather Gear in Itemus.
