The Cauldron Kids: 100% Achievement Guide & Walkthrough

Note that if you play as either character, you must complete a second run to get the other half of achievements for mini-games/story.

• Daredevil (ENDGAME) – achieved by going up the stairs and then down OR go through kitchen door that leads to the void into grandma’s room and then down the stairs
• True Fan – interact with everything in each room before proceeding the story. I would also talk/interact with NPCs just in case
  (I added this section first because this is important to know before starting a new game)

Once you picked your character and interacted with every object in Twin’s Room (and talked to the other character you didn’t pick), interact with every object in the Hallway.
Then, go into the kitchen on the right side where you can get your first achievement.
To continue the True Fan achievement, interact with everything in the Kitchen including the door on the bottom right.

Press “Yes” and you will have a giant apple on your head

SAVE HERE before you head into the Kitchen to do the apple race AND save a second time (after) in case you mess up the stair jump mini-game
Note: the pink door on the right is where you will be doing the Un-boar-able achievement

Depending on you who played as, you will obtain this achievement for winning (you will have to do a second run with the other character)

Obtained by beating the high score of the devs

You earn this achievement once after you complete the jump game without falling through the portal

Save here and interact with everything in the room before talking to the Magic Wand.

Magic Wand will ask you different questions based on who you are playing as.
Note: if you answer the 1st/2nd question wrong, you will be able to change characters during the riddles.

• Cassie’s questions:

1. The less of me there is, the more valuable I become. I am…?
ANSWER: Cheese
2. I am part of nothing. I am part of everything. What am I?
ANSWER: Nothing
3. How many apples were there in the bucket three rooms ago?
ANSWER: All answers are wrong so pick any (this will not affect obtaining the achievement)

• Layla’s questions

1. What is Baba’s real name?
ANSWER: Abaddon
2. What’s in the secret room?
ANSWER: A beautiful song
3. Why can’t anyone in this house tell the difference between an apple and a pear?
ANSWER: All answers are wrong so pick any (this will not affect obtaining the achievement)

If you follow this guide and answer the first two correctly, you will obtain this achievement

Save a forth time right before leaving to the door on the left because there is another achievement in Mom’s Room called Patient Witch and you want to save before you start the next mini-game into the door.

You obtain this achievement by heading out of Mom’s room and you will be stopped by the sisters saying not to go out that way (You don’t have to actually wait around the room, thankfully).

I recommend messing up first before reloading the save and then going through the void correctly the second time. During the second time, you can interact with everything (True Fan) in the void before continuing the story.
The correct way to go through the maze is by looking at the ends of the screen that has white lines and sparkles coming from it.

Go any other way that doesn’t have the white lines and sparkles coming from that direction 10 times

The correct sequence from start to finish is: Down, Left, Up, Right, Right

There is an achievement in the next part in the Kitchen so save in case you make a mistake. After you trigger the event for the shakers by interacting with the cabinet drawer on the top left, make sure you interact with the cauldron when interacting with the cauldron shaker and anything else (True Fan). The highlighted shakers are the one’s needed to progress the story.
Note: You will be thrown into another race immediately after getting the shakers

Interact with every shaker EXCEPT the highlighted ones and save those for last

Completed the race faster than the devs

For this fight, I recommend going slow and taking your time hitting the green pears into him. You can hit them slightly diagonally and there will be an achievement if you don’t knock apples into him.

At the end game, you talk to the Magic Wand to start the commencement and automatically gain an achievement through the story.

If you missed anything you can go back and interact with objects and start obtaining the Daredevil and other hidden achievements.

If there is anything that I missed, please let me know. Right now, I do not know how to unlock “Un-boar-able” and I don’t know other requirements to achieve “True Fan”.
